Abstract

본 발명은 각 측면에 동일한 프레임 부재를 갖고 공간 구획 및 다른 목적에 사용되는 패널 구조물에 관한 것이다. 각 프레임 부재는 동일한 단면을 갖는 압출 부재이고, 한 측면상에 종방향으로 연장되는 중심 평면에 대해 대칭으로 배치된 돌출부와 리세스를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 성형부를 갖는다. 프레임 부재들은 외측으로 대면하는 개개의 측면들을 갖고 패널의 중심부의 각 단부에서 수직으로 연장된다. 2개의 인접 패널들이 각 패널의 말단의 프레임 부재들이 접촉하도록 각 부재의 성형부들이 상호 맞물림되게 하여 함께 지지된다. 그후로킹 부재들이 개개의 프레임 부재의 슬롯으로 삽입된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 한 형태의 프레임 부재의 횡단면도이다,
제2도는 결합되어 로크되기 직전 위치의 2개의 제1도의 프레임 부재의 횡단면도이다,
제3도는 2개의 프레임 부재가 결합 및 로크된 상태의 제2도와 유사한 도면이다,
제4도는 제3도에 도시된 로킹 부재의 사시도이다,
제5도는 제4도의 로킹 부재의 단부면도이다,
제6도는 본 발명에 의한 다른 형태의 프레임 부재의 횡단면도이다,
제7도는 결합되어 로크되기 직전 위치의 2개의 제6도의 프레임 부재의 횡단면도이다,
제8도는 2개의 프레임 부재가 결합 및 로크된 상태의 제7도와 유사한 도면이다,
제9도는 본 발명에 의한 패널과 그 패널과 연결되기 위해 위치한 다른 유사한 패널의 일부분의 사시도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 구획부, 스크린, 또는 다른 패널 구조물용 프레임 부재에 있어서, 신장된 형태이고, 제2의 유사한 프레임 부재의 같은 측면과 협동하게 되어 있는 측면을 포함하고, 상기 측면은 부재의 종방향으로 연장되고 그 전길이에 걸쳐 균일한 단면을 가지며 돌출부와 대응 리세스를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 성형부를 포함하고, 상기 돌출부와 리세스는 상기 면에 수직으로 연장되는 부재의 종방향 중심 평면에 대해 대칭으로 그 대향 측면에 각각 위치되고, 상기 프레임 부재는 프레임 주재를 상기 제2유사 프레임 부재와 각 부재의 상기 측면들이 접촉 하도록 병렬 관계로 유지시키는 로킹 부재를 수용하는 수단을 포함하고, 각 프레임 부재의 측면들의 상기 성형 부들이 그 사이의 상대 횡방향 이동을 방지하기 위해 서로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 프레임 부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 부재 수용 수단이 상기 측면의 각 단부에 위치하는 횡방향 연장 슬롯인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각각 돌출부 및 대응 리세스를 포함하는 2개의 상기 성형부를 포함하고, 상기 돌출부와 리세스는 상기 면에 수직으로 연장되는 부재의 종방향 중심 평면에 대해 대칭으로 그 대향 측면에 각각 위치되고, 상기 각 성형부의 돌출부는 다른 성형부의 리세스에 바로 인접하여 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 좁은 넥부를 갖고 내측으로 연장되는 홈을 갖고 상기 측면에 평행한 제2측면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측면에 수직으로 연장되는 단부면들과, 슬롯을 한정하기 위해 상기 상부면으로부터 이격된 각 단부면상의 웨브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중공 압출물 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임 부재.
  7. 양단부상의 직립 프레임 부재들을 포함하는 프레임을 갖고, 각 프레임 부재는 신장된 형태이고, 패널 구조물의 외측으로 면하고 부재의 종방향으로 연장되고 그 전 길이에 걸쳐 균일한 단면을 가지며 돌출부와 대응 리세스를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 성형부를 포함하는 측면을 포함하고, 상기 돌출부와 리세스는 상기 면에 수직으로 연장되는 부재의 종방향 중심 평면에 대해 대칭으로 그 대향 측면에 각각 위치되고, 상기 프레임 부재는 패널 구조물을 인접한 유사 패널 구조물과 연결시키는 로킹 부재를 수용하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 구조물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 각 상기 프레임 부재가 상기 로킹 부재 수용 수단을 제공하는 상기 측면의 각 단부에 위치하는 횡방향 연장 스롯들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 구조물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각 프레임 부재가 각각 돌출부 및 대응 리세스를 포함하는 2개의 상기 성형부를 포함하고, 상기 돌출부와 리세스는 상기 면에 수직으로 연장되는 부재의 종방향 중심 평면에 대해 대칭으로 그 대향 측면에 각각 위치되고, 상기 각 성형부의 돌출부는 다른 성형부의 리세스에 바로 인접하여 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 구조물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각 프레임 부재가 좁은 넥부를 갖고 내측으로 연장되는 홈을 갖고 상기 측면에 평행한 제2측면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 구조물.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각 프레임 부재가 상기 측면에 수직으로 연장되는 단부면들과, 슬롯을 한정하기 위해 상기 단부면으로부터 이격된 각 단부면상의 웨브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 구조물.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각 프레임 부재가 중공 압출물 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 구조물.
