Abstract

경피/경점막 약물수송 시스템은 상체부위 또는 적용부위에 시스템의 사용동안에 경피약물 수송의 초기 격발효과를 조절하고, 상대적으로 서방속도로 점막/피부로 약물수송 속도를 유지시키기 위해 글리세린을 이용한다. 약물조성물에는 피하수송 가능한 약물의 효과량의 약물의 경피수송을 조절유지시키기 위한 글리세린 효과량을 포함한다. 또한 시스템에는 피부/점막에 대해 약물수송시에 약물조성물을 유지시키는 수단이 포함된다. 상체부위에 착용하는 경우 조성물은 젤, 크림, 로션 또는 연고가 적절하고 용융부위에 제공되는 경우 접착제에 의해 용융부위에 유지되는 매트릭스 또는 액체 저장기 액체 저장기 패취와 같은 장치내에 조성물이 포함된다. 약물조성물에는 글리세린 함량이 0.1내지 50중량%인 것으로 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (48)

  1. 초기 약물수송을 완화하고, 경피식 약물수송 동안에 상대적으로 지연된 속도로 경피를 통하여 약물수송을 유지시키는 특징으로 가지는 경피식 약물수송 시스템에 있어서, (a)피하로 흡수될 수 있는 약물의 효과량과 약물의 경피식 수송을 조절 유지시키기 위한 글리세린 효과량을 포함하는 약물 조성물과, (b)경피에 대해 약물수송을 할수 있도록 약물조성물을 유지시키는 수단으로 구성된 경피식 약물수송 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약물조성물에는 0.1내지 50%글리세린이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 약물조성물과 이 조성물을 유지시키는 수단이 단일 제형으로 복합된 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제형은 공통을 받는 부위에 적용시킬 수 있는 어떠한 형태일 수 있으며, 이는 젤, 로션, 크림, 연고등에서 선택될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 약물조성물에는 추가로 침투 증강제의 효과량이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 침투증강제는 유기용매와 세포외피 교란조성물과 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유기용매는 C2 또는 C3알코올, C3또는 C4디올, DMSO, DMA, DMF, 1-n-도데실-시클라자사이클로-헵탄-2-온, N-메틸 피롤리돈, N-(2-하이드록시에틸)피롤리돈, 트리아세틴, 프로필렌 카르보네이트와 디메틸 이소소르바이도와 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되고, 세포외피 교란성분물은 이소프로필 미리스테이트. 메틸 라우레이트, 올레인산, 올레일 알코올,글리세롤 모노레이트,글리세롤 디올레이트, 글리세롤 모노라우레이트, 글리세롤 모노스테아레이트, 글리세롤 트래올레이트, 프로필렌 글리콜 모노라우레이트, 소르비탄 에스테르와 이 혼합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 유기용매가 C2또는 C3 알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 시스템은 용융부위에 사용할 수 있도록 일정크기의 장치로 구성되고, 표피에 대해 약물수송에 있어서 약물조성물을 유지시키는 수단이 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 장치는 매트릭스/접착제 패취이고, 약물조성물과 접착제가 복합된 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 약물조성물 접착제 복합에서 글리세린의 함량은 0.1내지 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 약물조성물 접착제 복합물에 침투증강제 효과량이 추가로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 침투증강제는 유기용매와 세포외피 교란 조성물과 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 유기용매는 C2 또는 C3알코올, C3또는 C4디올, DMSO, DMA, DMF, 1-n-도데실-시클라자사이클로-헵탄-2-온, N-메틸 피롤리돈, N-(2-하이드록시에틸)피롤리돈, 트리아세틴, 프로필렌 카르보네이트와 카르보네이트와 디메틸 이소소르바이도와 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되고, 세포외피 교란성분물은 이소프로필 미리스테이트. 메틸 라우레이트, 올레인산, 올레일 알코올,글리세롤 모노레이트,글리세롤 디올레이트, 글리세롤 모노라우레이트, 글리세롤 모노스테아레이트, 글리세롤 트래올레이트, 프로필렌 글리콜 모노라우레이트, 소르비탄 에스테르와 이 혼합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 약물조성물 접착제 복합에서 글리세린의 함량은 0.5내지 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 약물은 클론니딘인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.
  17. 제9항에 있어서, 장치는 액체저장기형 패취이고, 약물조성물이 이 저장기내에 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 약물수송 시스템.

  25. 약물수송 시스템을 피부에 접촉시켜, 초기 약물수송을 완화하고, 경피식 약물수송 동안에 상대적으로 지연된 속도로 경피를 통하여 약물수송을 유지시키는 방법에 있어서, 약물수송 시스템의 구성이, (a)피하로 흡수될 수 있는 약물의 효과량과 약물의 경피식 수송을 조절 유지시키기 위한 글리세린 효과량을 포함하는 약물 조성물과, (b)경피에 대해 약물수송을 할수 있도록 약물조성물을 유지시키는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 경피식 약물수송 조절 및 유지방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 약물조성물에는 0.1내지 50% 글리세린이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 약물조성물과 이 조성물을 유지시키는 수단이 단일 제형으로 복합된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 제형은 공통을 받는 부위에 적용시킬 수 있는 어떠한 형태일 수 있으며, 이는 젤, 로션, 크림, 연고등에서 선택될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
