Abstract

이 발명은 고정접촉부(16), 접촉핑거(27)가 있는 이동접촉부(17) 및 이동스위칭관(17)과 피스톤(18)에 접속된 블로잉실린더시스템(33)을 갖인 고압전력스위치용 접촉시스템에 관한것이며, 이동스위칭관(17)은 케이지에 삽입된 스프링달린 접촉핑거(27)를 갖으며, 흑연으로 된 그 방부식물로 만들어진 적어도 1개의 이로전접촉부(24)가 접촉면에 있는 케이지단부 체결되고 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 고정접촉부와 이동접촉부가 있으며, 그리고 스위칭관으로 구성되고 이동접촉부에 접속된 블로잉(blowing)실린더를 구비하고 그 접촉부에는 스프링이 달린 접촉핑거를 갖은 고압전력스위치용 접촉시스템에 있어서, 접촉핑거(27~29)는 고방부식재료로 된 적어도 1개의 이로전(erosion)접촉부(24)가 접촉면위에 있는 케이지단(cage end)에 체결되어있는 케이지(26)에 삽입되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 재료는 흑연임을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 케이지(26)는 서로 결합된 2개의 원통형 금속몸체(20,21)에 의해 외부에서 방사상으로 접경하고 있으며, 금속몸체의 끝은 내측으로 방사상으로 플랜지되고 탄력있게 그들사이에 견고히 이로전접촉부(24)를 유지하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 1개항에 있어서, 접촉핑거(27~29)는 스위칭관 자유단(19)에 의해 내부에 방사상으로 접경되고 있는 케이지(26)에 부동되게 설치되고 있으며, 접촉핑거(27~29)는 내부몸체(20)에 지지된 1개 판스프링에 의해 그들의 접촉면(29)이 단절된 상태에서는 고정접촉부(16)의 외부 원주에 의해 형성된 실린더내에 위치하고, 접속된 상태에서는 고정접촉부(16)에 대해 누를정도로 내측으로 방사상으로 압축되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 1개항에 있어서, 접촉장치는 밀봉된 플라스틱함(10)내에 수용되고 함의 내부면에는 스크리닝 포트(13, 14, 15)가 체결되어 있으며, 포트저면(15)은 고정접촉부(16)를 지탱하고 있으며 접촉장치에 맞물려있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 접촉판스프링(35)은 영구적으로 피스톤(18)의 외부주변에 있는 이동스위칭관(17)에 접속되고 접속상태에서 스크리닝포트(13, 14, 15)의 내부면에 기대어 있고, 스크리닝포트(13, 14, 15)의 길이는 접속핑거(27)를 경유 이동스위칭관(17) 및 고정접촉부(16)가 단전되기전 단절중에 스크리닝 포트(13, 14, 15)와 자유롭게 되도록 정하여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 접촉판스프링(35)은 대략 실린더에 놓여있으며 스크리닝포트저면(15)의 방향으로 체결점에서부터 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 1개항에 있어서, 접촉판스프링(35)와 상호작용하고 있는 고정접촉부는 그의 내부면에 스크리닝포트(13, 14, 15)의 자유단에 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 1개항에 있어서, 원통형금속몸체(20, 21)는 비자성체 강철로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 1개항에 있어서, 원통형금속몸체(20, 21)는 플랜지단 반대쪽에 놓인 영역에 서로 접속되고 용접되어 플랜지단의 자유단(22, 23)은 이로전접촉부(24)를 고정시키기 위해 약간 열려 탄력이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 접촉핑거(27)는 내부원통금속몸체(20)의 플랜지단의 축오목부(31)뒤에 맞물려 있는 축돌기(32)를 갖인 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉시스템.
