Abstract

[목적] 엔진의 연소실에 공기, 연료를 공급하는 흡기관에 있어서, 엔진의 링 상태에서의 연소를 안정화한다.
[구성] 조리개 밸브(1)을 통과한 공기는 독립 흡기관(40로 나뉘어 갈라져 흡기 밸브(5)를 통과하고 실린더 6에 흡입된다.
여기서, 실린더안에 선희류를 만들기 위해서 보조막(7)과 이것을 바이패스하는 흡기 통로(8)을 설치했다.
통상은 보조 밸브(7)은 열려있지만, 링 연소를 하는 경우나 아이들때나 저온시처럼 연소를 개선하고 싶은 경우는 보조 밸브(7)을 닫고, 흡기를 흡기 통로(8)의 방향에서 실린더(6)안에 공급한다.
이처럼하면, 지향성 있는 공기류를 흡기 밸브(5)가 있는 위치에 공급하는 것으로 독립 흡기관(4)안에 편류할수 있고, 실린더 안에 선회류(9)가 형성된다.
[효과] 본 발명에 의하면, 연료 분무의 편향을 방지할 수 있고, 연소 실안의 혼합기 분포가 균일 또는 점화플러그 주변이 풍부해지기 때문에, 링 연소를 안정화할수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 내연기관의 연소실에 접속되어 공기를 내연 기관의 연소실에 도입하는 복수개의 독립 흡기관, 상기 독립 흡기관에 접속됨과 동시에 도입된 상기 공기를 상기 독립 흡기관에 분배하는 컬렉터, 해당하는 컬렉터에 접속됨과 동시에 상기 공기의 유량을 제어하는 조리개 밸브, 상기 독립 흡기관의 벽면에 설치되어 상기 공기에 연료를 공급해서 혼합하는 연료 공급 수단, 상기 독립 흡기관의 공기의 흐름을 편향시키는 편향 수단을 갖고, 상기 연료공급 수단으로부터 공급된 연료의 흐름의 방향이 상기 편향 수단에 따라서 편향된 공기의 흐름의 유무에 관계없이 불변인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡기장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편향 수단으로부터 분출하는 공기의 분출구의 위치가 상기 연료 공급 수단으로부터 분출하는 연료의 분출구의 위치의 양측인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡기장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편향 수단으로부터 분출하는 공기의 흐름과 상기 연료 공급 수단으로부터 분출하는 연료의 흐름이 대개 병행인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡기장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편향 수단으로부터 분출하는 공기의 흐름과 상기 연료 공급 수단으로부터 분출하는 연료의 흐름이 상기 내연 기관의 흡기 밸브의 표면상에 충돌하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 독립 흡기관내의 상기 연료 공급 수단의 연료 분출구의 상류측에 밸브 수단을 설치하고 그 밸브 수단에 따라 제어된 공기의 흐름에 의해 상기 연료 공급수단으로 부터 분출하는 연료의 입자가 미세화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡기장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 독립 흡기관의 공기의 흐름을 편향시키는 편향 수단의 일부를 짼 열린부분을 갖는 밸브 수단에 의해 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 독립 흡기관내의 상기 연료 공급수단의 연료 분출구의 상류측에 밸브 수단을 설치하고, 상기 편향 수단은 상기 밸브 수단을 바이패스하는 바이패스 통로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 독립 흡기관내의 상기 연료 공급 수단의 연료 분출구의 상류측에 밸브 수단을 설치하며, 상기 편향 수단은 상기 밸브 수단을 바이패스하는 바이패스 통로에 따라 구성되며, 그 바이패스 통로로부터 분출하는 공기의 흐름이 내연기관의 흡기 밸브의 표면상에 사전에 정해진 소정의 위치에 도달하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 독립 흡기관내에 설치된 상기 바이패스 통로의 상류측 열린부분과 하류측 열린부분과의 사이의 거리가 상기 독립 흡기관의 상기 바이패스 통로의 상류측 열린부분과 하류측 열린부분의 사이의 거리에 거의 같은 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡기장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 통로의 상류측 열린부분이, 상기 바이패스 통로의 하류측 열린부분이 열려있는 상기 독립 흡기관이 접속된 상기 컬렉터내에 열려있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 수단의 열리는 정도를 상기 내연기관의 운전 상태에 따라서 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 수단은 일부를 짼 열린부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
