Abstract

폴리에틸렌쉬트(1) 양면에 열 용융 필름(Hot melt film)(2)을 개재시켜 알루미늄판(3)을 열 압착시켜 적층한 것에 상층 알루미늄 금속용 접착제(4)로 전사지(5)를 접착하여 자외선 흡수 투명보호 층(6)을 형성하거나, 상기 알루미늄판에 직접 자외선 흡수 잉크로 된 인쇄층(6')을 형성한 건축물 내외장용 알루미늄 복합패널로써, 열용융 필름과 강력금속용 접착제에 의하여 패널을 구성하는 각 층의 박리나 균열, 파손 및 수축(shrink) 현상이 없는 특징이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 폴리에틸렌 쉬트와 그 양면에 알루미늄판을 접착시켜서되는 건축물 내·외장용 알루미늄 샌드위치 패널에 있어서, 고밀도나 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 복하물이나 그중 하나로된 발포 폴리 에틸렌쉬트(1)의 양면에 열 용융접착 필름(2)을 적층하고 그양 필름층 위엔 알루미늄판(3)을 적층한 다음 상층의 알루미늄판(3) 위에 금속용 접착제층(4)을 형성하고 그위에 전자지층(5)을 접착한 후 자외선 흡수 잉크로 된 투명보호층(6)을 형성하거나, 상기 상층의 알루미늄판(3)위에 자외선 흠수 잉크로 된 인쇄층(6')을 형성하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 건축물 내외장용 알루미늄 샌드위치 패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열 용융 접착 필름(2)으로는 에틸렌-초산비닐 공중합체수지, 폴리에틸렌수지, 에틸렌-아크릴산 에틸공중합수지, 초산비닐수지, 폴리비닐 부티랄수지로된 필름을 사용함을 특징으로한 건축물 내·외장용 알루미늄 샌드위치 패널.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제층(4)의 접착제로는 에폭시 수지 접착제, 레졸시놀-포름알데히드수지 접착제, 또는 폴리초산비닐 접착제중에서 선택되는 금속용 접착제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 건축물 내·외장용 알루미늄 샌드위치 패널.
