Abstract

융점(DSC 곡선의 피크 온도)이 130 내지 210℃이고 평균 입자 크기가 0.01 내지 10㎛인 무기 미세 분말을 5 내지 40중량% 함유하는 올레핀 중합체의 이축 연신 필름을 기저 물질층(A)으로서 포함하며, 표면 조면도가 0.3 내지 1.5㎛이고 융점(DSC 곡선의 피크 온도)이 기저 물질층(A)의 올레핀 중합체의 융점보다 5℃이상 낮은120 내지 60℃이며 평균 입자 크기가 0.01 내지 5㎛인 무기 미세 분말을 8 내지 65중량% 함유하는 프로필렌계 중합체 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 일출 연신층(B)이 기저 물질층의 하나 이상의 표면에 접착되어 있는 다층 구조를 갖고, 일축 연신층(B)에 합유된 무기 미세 분말의 표면이 프로필렌계 중합체 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 도포된 합성지.

제1도는 본 발명 합성지의 한 양태의 개략적 횡단면도의 확대도이다. 제2도는 본 발명 합성지의 한 양태의 표면 상태의 전자현미경 사진이다. 제3도는 통상적 합성지의 부분 횡잔면도의 확대도이다. 제4도는 미합중국 특허 제4,318,950호에 기술된 통상적 합성지의 표면 상태의 전자현미경 사진이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 융점(DSC 곡선의 피크 온도)이 130 내지 210℃이고 평균 입자 크기가 0.01 내지 10㎛인 무기 미세 분말을 5 내지 40중량% 함유하는 올레핀 중합체의 이축 연신 필름을 기저 물질층(A)으로서 포함하며, 표면 조면도(roughness)가 0.3 내지 1.5㎛이고 융점(DSC 곡선의 피크 온도)이 기저 물질층(A)의 올레핀 중합체의 융점보다 5℃이상 낮은120 내지 160℃이며 평균 입자 크기가 0.01 내지 5㎛인 무기 미세 분말을 8 내지 65중량% 함유하는 프로필렌계 중합체 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 일출 연신층(B)이 기저 물질층의 하나 이상의 표면에 접착되어 있는 다층 구조를 갖고, 일축 연신층(B)에 합유된 무기 미세 분말의 표면이 프로필렌계 중합체 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 도포된 합성지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 층(A)의 올레핀 중합체가, 융점이 160 내지 174℃이고 용융 지수가 0.5 내지 10g/10min이며 결정화도가 35 내지 70%인 합성지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 층(B)의 프로필렌계 공중합체가 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 합성지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일출 연신층(B)의 두께가 2 내지 60㎛이고, 기저 물질층의 두께가 20 내지 200㎛인 합성지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기저 물질층(A)이, 공극비가 5 내지 55%인 미공을 갖는 합성지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 기저 물질층(A)중의 무기 미세 분말이 10 내지 35%중량%의 양으로 존재하고 무기 미세 분말의 평균 입자 크기가 0.05 내지 8㎛인 합성지.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 표면층(A)중의 무기 미세 분말이 15 내지 55중량%의 양으로 존재하고 무기 미세 분말의 평균 입자 크기가 0.05 내지 3㎛인 합성지.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 미세 분말을 8 내지 55중량% 함유하는 프로필렌계 수지의 일측 연신층(C)을 추가로 포함하고, 층(C)가 층(A)와 층(B) 사이에 존재하는 합성지.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 층(A)가 프로필렌계 공중합체, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌 또는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체인 합성지.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 일축 연신층(B)의 표면 광택이 20%미만인 합성지.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 일축 연신층(B)의 표면 평활도가 500sec미만인 합성지.
