Abstract
본 발명은 강산성 양이온 교환수지 촉매를 이용하여 이소부텐을 포함하는 C4 유분으로부터 이소부텐만을 선택적으로 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 부텐의 공이량체 생성이 많아 디이소부텐의 순도가 낮은 종래의 기술을 개선한 것으로, 반응후 나온 미반응 C4 성분중 이소부텐의 잔류 농도를 조절함으로써 이량체중에서 94중량%이상의 고순도 디이소부텐을 제조하는, 비교적 공정절차가 간단하며 공이량체의 분리절차가 필요없는 경제적인 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 이소부텐 함량이 20 내지 50중량%인 C4유분을 술폰산기가 포함된 양이온 교환수지 촉매하에서 공간속도 0.5 내지 50리터/시간/리터, 온도 10내지 120℃, 압력 3 내지 40기압으로 반응시켜 미반응 C4 성분 중 이소부테의 잔류농도를 7 내지 40중량%로 하는 고순도 디이소부텐을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공간속도가 1 내지 40리터/시간/리터인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 20내지 100℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력이 5 내지 30기압인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소부텐의 잔류농도가 10 내지 35중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로서 술폰화된 폴리스티렌-디비닐벤젠수지류를 사용한 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
