Abstract

염료(22Y,22M,22C)등의 기록재를 레이저광 L등의 가열비의 조사(照射)에 의해 기화시켜서, 인화지(50)등의 피기록제에 비상(飛翔) 등에 의해 이행시키도록 구성되고, 가열빔출사수단인 예를 들면 레이저(18)로 부터의 가열빔을 진로변경하여 복수의 기록재의 어느 하나에 선택적으로 입사시키는 프린터 헤드, 프린터 및 기록방법.
가열빔출사수단은 복수의 기록재에 대하여 공통으로 할 수 있게 되어, 가열빔출사수단을 포함한 헤드구조를 간략화할 수 있고, 그 조립이 용이하게 된다. 더욱이, 공통의 (특히 1개의) 가열빔출사수단을 사용하면 되므로, 그 제작이 용이하고, 또 가열빔출사수단에 있어서는 전극배선의 배설을 용이하게 행할 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 복수의 기록재를 가열빔의 조사(照射)에 의해 각각 기화시켜서, 피기록체에 이행시키도록 구성되고, 가열빔출사수단으로부터 가열빔을 진로변경하여 상기 복수의 기록재를 어느 하나에 선택적으로 입사시키는 빔진로 변경수단을 가지는 기록헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 빔진로변경수단이 미러로 이루어지는 기록헤드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 미러가 갈바노미러인 기록헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 빔진로변경수단이 워블링소자로 이루어지는 기록헤드.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가열빔출사수단으로부터의 출사빔의 포커싱렌즈가 이동가능하게 배설되고, 이 포커싱렌즈가 빔진로변경수단으로서 사용되는 기록헤드.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 빔진로변경수단이 회절부재와 셔터부재와의 조합으로 이루어지는 기록헤드.
  7. 제1항~제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복수의 기록재에 대하여 공통으로 가열빔출사수단이 베설되어 있는 기록헤드.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 가열빔출사수단이 멀티레이저어레이로 이루어지는 기록헤드.
  9. 제1항~제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기록재층이 간극을 두고 피기록체에 대향하고, 기화된 기록재가 상기 간극을 통하여 상기 피기록체에 이행하도록 구성되어 있는 기록헤드.
  10. 제1항~제9항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 기록헤드를 가지는 기록장치.
  11. 제1항~제10항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 기록헤드 또는 기록장치를 사용하여, 가열빔출사수단으로부터의 출사빔을 진로변경하여 복수의 기록재중 어느 하나에 선택적으로 입사시키는 기록방법.
