제1도는 본 발명에 관련되는 이미지센서의 한 실시예를 구조를 나타낸 도면, 제2도는 본 실시예에 관련되는 이미지센서(1)를 구비한 기기를 떼어낸 뜻을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (20)

  1. 서면에 조사되는 빛을 발생하는 발광소자와, 서면에서 반사되어 온 빛의 광로를 변경하는 광로변경수단과, 상기 발광소자와 동일 기판상에 설치되어 상기 광로변경 수단에서 발해지는 빛을 수광하는 수광소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  2. 서면에 조사되는 빛을 발생하는 발광소자와, 서면에서 반사되어온 빛의 광로를 변경하는 미러와, 상기 발광소자와 동일 기판상에 설치되어 상기 미러에서 발해지는 빛을 수광하는 수광소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수광소자와 동일 기판상에 설치되어 있는 상기 발광소자는 해당 수광소자 보다도 서면에 가까운 쪽에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 서면에서 반사되어온 빛을 광로 변경수단으로 인도하는 광학계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 서면에서 반사되어온 빛을 광로변경수단으로 인도하는 렌즈 어레이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 서면에서 반사되어온 빛을 광로변경수단으로 인도하는 원통형렌즈 어레이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 서면에서 반사되어온 빛을 광로변경 수단으로 인도하는 원통형렌즈 어레이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 원통형렌즈 어레이의 중심선에서 수광소자 까지의 거리와 미러에서 수광소자 까지의 거리의 합이 상기 원통형 렌즈 어레이의 결합길이의 1/2로 되도록 상기 미러와 상기 수광소자가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 원통형렌즈 어레이의 결합길이는 14.4㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  10. 제1항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  11. 제2항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  12. 제3항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  13. 제4항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  14. 제5항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  15. 제6항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  16. 제7항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  17. 제8항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  18. 제9항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  19. 열전사에 의한 복사기구를 갖는 복사장치이며 제1항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
  20. 열전사에 의한 복사기구를 갖는 복사장치이며 제9항의 이미지센서로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지센서를 구비하는 장치.
