Abstract

본 발명은 다수개의 디스크를 포장하여 이송시킬 수 있는 포장 케이스와 지그를 사용하여 상기 포장케이스에 수납된 디스크를 오토 체인저의 메거진에 용이하게 수납시킬 수 있는 보조장치로 공용할 수 있는 디스크 수납보조 장치 및 이를 사용하는데 적절한 지그를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 디스크의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 지지판(32)이 형성된 지그결합부를 갖고, 다수개의 가이드(31)가 형성된 케이스에 메거진의 안내홈에 결합되는 안내판(33)과 안내판에 결합된 상기 케이스를 메거진의 상하에 형성된 고정홈(22)에 결합하여 지지하기 위한 끼움판(34)이 형성되고, 지그가 결합되어 회동되는 축돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로한다.

제4A도는 본 발명에 의한 디스크 수납장치에 지그가 결합된 상태를 도시한 사시도,
제4B도는 지그의 동작을 나타내는 평면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 다수매의 디스크를 수납하기위해 장착된 오토 체인저의 메거진에 디스크를 수납하는 장치에 있어서, 디스크가 삽입되는 개구와 그 개구와 대향한 곳에 디스크의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 지지판(32)이 형성된 지그결합부를 갖고, 상기 디스크가 삽입되는 개구의 양편 내측벽으로 디스크 안착용 다수개의 가이드(31)를 형성한 케이스 사익 케이스는 메거진의 상단에 형성된 안내홈(21)에 회동가능하게 결합되는 안내판(33)과, 안내판에 결합된 상기 케이스를 메거진의 상하에 형성된 고정홈(22)에 결합하여 지지하기 위한 끼움판(34)이 형성되고, 상기 지그결합부에는 지그가 결합되어 회동되도록 축돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 수납보조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디스크 수납보조장치의 지그결합부에 지그가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 수납보조장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구에 덮개가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 수납보조장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지그는 지그결합부의 축돌기에 회동 가능하게 지지되는 회동지지편(51)과; 수납 보조 장치에 수납된 디스크와 접하는 접촉곡면판(52)과; 상기 접촉곡면판과 반대측에 형성된 손잡이편(53)으로 이루어지는 디스크 수납보조장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접촉곡면판과 손잡이편이 S자형태의 곡면을 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 수납보조장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지그는 접촉 곡면판(52)의 표면에 디스크와의 마찰력을 최소한으로 형성하게 하는 물질로 도포층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 수납보조장치.
