Abstract

중량%로 C 0.18~0.25%, Si 0.45~1.00%, Mn 0.40~0.70%, Ni 0.30~0.70%, Cr 1.00~1.50%, MO 0.30~0.70%, Cu 0.50%이하, Al 0.015~0.030%, V 0.03~0.30%, Nb 0.010~0.030%, O 0.0015%이하, N 0.0100~0.0200%이고, 나머지가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 구성되며, 침탄후의 820℃이상에서 담금질하여도, 침탄강 중심부의 경화된 조직에 페라이트를 형성하는 일이 없으며, 담금질후 160~180℃의 온도로 뜨임을 행하고, 이 뜨임온도를 포함하여 300℃까지의 온도중 어느 하나의 온도로 재가열하여서, 침탄, 담금질 및 뜨임후 침탄강의 침단층의 강도가 HV 50이상까지 감소되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 연화저항을 갖는 침탄기어용강.

Claims (2)

  1. 중량%로 C 0.18~0.25%, Si 0.45~1.00%, Mn 0.40~0.70%, Ni 0.30~0.70%, Cr 1.00~1.50%, MO 0.30~0.70%, Cu 0.50%이하, Al 0.015~0.030%, V 0.03~0.30%, Nb 0.010~0.030%, O 0.0015%이하, N 0.0100~0.0200%이고, 나머지가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 구성되며, 침탄후의 820℃이상에서 담금질하여도, 침탄강 중심부의 경화된 조직에 페라이트를 형성하는 일이 없으며, 담금질후 160~180℃의 온도로 뜨임을 행하고, 이 뜨임온도를 포함하여 300℃까지의 온도중 어느 하나의 온도로 재가열하여서, 침탄, 담금질 및 뜨임후 침탄강의 침단층의 깅도가 HV 50이상까지 감소되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 연화저항을 갖는 침탄기어용강.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소재중에 그 피로특성을 현저하게 손상시키지 않고 강의 절삭성을 개선할 수 잇는 원소로서, 중량%로 S 0.005~0.020%, Pb 0.03~0.09% 및 Te 0.003~0.030%로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄기어용강.
