Abstract

본 발명은 상온 저장성이 우수하며 습기경화 및 열경화성이 매우 우수하며 기판을 접합하거나 밀봉할 목적으로 사용되는 일액형 실링제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 습기 경화 가능한 반응성 알콕시실란 및 습기 또는 열경화 가능한 유리이소시아네이트기를 동시에 갖는 예비중합체를 제조하고 2종이상의 잠재성 경화제를 첨가하므로서 완성되는 것이며, 본 발명에 의한 예비중합체는 분자내에 직접 알콕시실란화합물을 도입하므로서 부착력 증진 및 강도보강이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 0.1-10중량부의 이소시아네이트와 0.1-10중량부의 반응성 알콕시실란을 포함하는 예비중합체 100중량부에 적어도 하나 이상의 습기 활성화 잠재성 경화제와 적어도 하나 이상의 열활성화 잠재성 경화제 3-50중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 상온 또는 가열 경화하는 일액형 실링제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체 100중량부에 대하여 20-150중량부의 가소제, 점탄성 조절제, 충전제,난연제, 첨가제를 부가로 함유하는 일액형 실링제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체가 적어도 하나 이상의 폴리올, 적어도 하나 이상의 지방족 또는 환지방족디올 사슬연장제, 적어도 하나 이상의 반응성 알콕시실란으로 구성된 일액형 실링제 조성물.
  4. 제1항 도는 제2항에 있어서, 예비중합체와 잠재성 경화제의 화학양론비가 0.9 : 1내지 5 : 1인 일액형 실링제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 습기활성화 잠재성 경화제가 실릴아민 화합물 또는 실릴설파이드 화합물인 일액형 실링제 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 실릴아민 화합물이 2가 이상의 아민화합물과 트리알킬클로로실란 헥사알킬디실라잔, 비스트리알킬실릴우레아, 트리알킬실릴디알킬아민에서 선택된 1종의 실릴화제로 제조된 일액형 실링제 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 실릴설파이드 화합물이 2가 이상의 티올 화합물과 트리알킬클로로실란 헥사알킬디실라잔, 비스트리알킬실리우레아, 트리알킬실릴디알킬아민에서 선택된 1종이 실릴화제로 제조된 일액형 실링제 조성물.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열활성화 잠재성 경화제가 2가 이상의 아민화합물 금속염 콤프렉스인 일액형 실링제 조성물.
