Abstract

본 발명은 자전고온합성법에 의해 티타늄 카바이드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 티타늄 카바이드를 자전고온합성법에 의해 제조함에 있어 카본원료로서 비정질 구조의 카본블랙에 비해 결정성이 아주 높은 박편형태의 흑연분말을 사용하므로써, 티타늄과의 반응성을 증가시켜 결정성이 좋은 고순도의 티타늄 카바이드를 제조하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명은 티타늄과 카본원료를 이용하여 자전 고온합성법에 의해 티타늄 카바이드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 카본원료가 0.5㎛이하의 입경을 갖는 박편형태의 흑연분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 카바이드의 제조방법을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 티타늄과 카본원료를 이용하여 자전고온합성법에 의해 티타늄 카바이드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 카본원료가 0.5㎛이하의 입경을 갖는 박편형태의 흑연분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 카바이드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흑연분말이 축회전속도 6Hz, 0.3cm직경의 알루미나 볼 미디어를 사용하여 24시간 정도 마모분쇄하여 얻어진 것임은 특징으로 하는 티타늄 카바이드의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 티타늄과 흑연분말의 몰비가 1~1.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 카바이드의 제조방법.
