Abstract

자동차의 운행 중 급제동이 이루어질 때 자동차의 앞부분이 다운되는 노이즈 다이브 현상을 방지하여 안전운행에 기여할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 ; T자형의 몸체내에 3방향으로 유로가 형성되고, 이에 일직선상으로 형성되는 유로에 대하여 직각으로 형성되는 유로를 개폐할 수 있는 밸브체가 내장되어 상기 직각 유로가 엔진의 흡기계통에 연결되는 3웨이 밸브와; 자동차의 전륜 현가장치의 완충부재 상측으로 배치되는 스프링 외측에 하측부분으로 토출구를 갖고 설치되는 밀폐형의 케이스와, 상기 스프링의 상측을 지지하면서 케이스 내에서 상하 슬라이드 가능하게 결합되는 스프링 받침부재를 포함하여 이루어져 상기 토출구가 상기 3웨이 밸브의 일직선 유로 양측으로 연통되는 에어쳄버와; 상기 3웨이 밸브와 브레이크 페달을 연결하여 주어 브레이크 페달와 연동되면서 3웨이 밸브를 개폐하는 연결부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 노이즈 다이브 방지장치를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. T자형의 몸체내에 3방향으로 유로가 형성되고, 이에 일직선상으로 형성되는 유로에 대하여 직각으로 형성되는 유로를 개폐할 수 있는 밸브체가 내장되어 상기 직각 유로가 엔진의 흡기계통에 연결되는 3웨이 밸브와; 자동차의 전륜 현가장치의 완충부재 상측으로 배치되는 스프링 외측에 하측부분으로 토출구를 갖고 설치되는 밀폐형의 케이스와, 상기 스프링의 상측을 지지하면서 케이스 내에서 상하 슬라이드 가능하게 결합되는 스프링 받침부재를 포함하여 이루어져 상기 토출구가 상기 3웨이 밸브의 일직선 유로 양측으로 연통되는 에어쳄버와; 상기 3웨이 밸브와 브레이크 페달을 연결하여 주어 브레이크 페달와 연동되면서 3웨이 밸브를 개폐하는 연결부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 노이즈 다이브 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브체는 직각 유로를 개폐하며 후측으로 동작봉이 일체로 형성되는 개폐구와; 상기 개폐구가 항시 직각 유로를 폐쇄하도록 탄발력을 발휘하는 탄성부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 노이즈 다이브 방지장치.
