본 발명은 표면에 천연 목무늬 형태의 패턴을 갖는 장식시트의 제조에 관한 것으로서, 기재시트위에 통상의 잉크에 베이스 인쇄를 하고 그 위에 발유성질 및 메탈릭 음영효과를 갖는 기능성 잉크로 나무결의 굵은 도관무늬를 인쇄한 다음 인쇄된 기재 전면에 자외선 경화형 수지를 도포하여 자외선을 조사하면 굵은 도관을 인쇄한 잉크의 자외선 경화수지에 대한 중합 억제 및 발유 특성에 의해 도관 인쇄부분에만 엠보스가 형성되어 도관인쇄와 엠보스가 일치한 동조 엠보스를 나타내게 되며 동시에 메탈릭의 음영효과에 의해 성세하고 뛰어난 시각적 입체감을 나타내는 동조 엠보스 장식시트의 제조에 관한 방법을 제공하는 것이다.The present invention relates to the manufacture of a decorative sheet having a pattern in the form of a natural wood pattern on the surface, the base printing on a conventional ink on the base sheet and a thick conduit pattern of wood grain with a functional ink having oil repellent properties and metallic shading effect thereon After printing, the surface of the printed substrate was coated with ultraviolet curable resin and irradiated with ultraviolet rays.
