DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board, in which a heated foaming agent-added ink 3 is applied to the recess 1 of a substrate 2 having a recess 1, and the surface of the substrate 2, including the recess 1, is exposed to ultraviolet rays. A decorative board characterized in that a curable clear 4 is applied, and then ultraviolet rays are irradiated to cure the ultraviolet curable clear 4, and at the same time, a heated foaming agent-added ink 3 is foamed by the heat of an ultraviolet irradiation lamp. This relates to the manufacturing method.

Conventionally, there are substrates made of thermoplastic synthetic resins mainly made of hard vinyl chloride, metals such as aluminum, and mechanically embossed. However, although the above-mentioned products are glossy either by the gloss of the substrate itself or by coating the entire surface with a transparent clear, there is a problem that the uneven surface does not appear uneven because both have the same gloss. The present invention was invented in view of the above points, and its purpose is to apply a heated foaming agent-added ink to the concave portions of a substrate, and to cure the ultraviolet curable clear by irradiating it with ultraviolet rays. By foaming the heating-type foaming agent-added ink, the recesses become finely uneven surfaces, and the glossiness of the surface of the board and the recesses differs, emphasizing the unevenness and creating a luxurious finish. To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative board in which solvent resistance and abrasion resistance are improved by covering the decorative board with an ultraviolet curable clear material.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. 1 in the figure or mechanically recessed part 2 by mechanical embossing.
The substrate is formed of a thermoplastic resin mainly made of hard vinyl chloride, other synthetic resin, aluminum or other metal plate, etc. First, a heated foaming agent-added ink 3 is applied to the recess 1 of the substrate 2 having the recess 1 as shown in FIG. Heated foaming agent added ink used here 3
has the property of foaming when heated; for example, the product name DIFORM (manufactured by Dainichiseika Kagyo Co., Ltd.) is used. Next, an ultraviolet curable clear 4 is applied to the surface of the substrate 2, including the recesses 1, as shown in FIG. The application amount here is, for example, 20
~200g/ m2 . Next, ultraviolet rays are irradiated to cure the ultraviolet curing type clear 4, and at the same time, the heating type foaming agent-added ink 3 that has been applied to the recesses 1 is foamed by the heat of the ultraviolet irradiation lamp. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the heating-type foaming agent-added ink 3 foams in an uneven shape, and due to the uneven foaming of the heating-type foaming agent-added ink 3, the ultraviolet curable clear 4 in the recess 1 becomes uneven. This is the case. This uneven surface 5 is a finely uneven surface similar to sandy ground. The reason why UV-curing clear 4 was used here is that heat-curing clear cures slowly and the clear flows even after foaming, making the clear flat in the concave portion 1. To prevent this from happening, UV-curing clear 4 was used. 6 in the figure is the uneven surface after foaming of the heated foaming agent-added ink 3.

Accordingly, in the present invention, as described above, the heating-type foaming agent-added ink is applied to the recessed portions of the substrate, and the heating-type foaming agent-added ink is foamed at the same time as the ultraviolet curable clear is cured by ultraviolet irradiation. Therefore, the recesses become finely uneven surfaces, and the gloss of the clear differs between the surface of the board and the recesses, which emphasizes the unevenness and creates a luxurious finish. Also, since UV-curable clear is used, it is possible to It cures faster than hardening type clears, and if the surface becomes uneven due to the foaming of heated foaming agent-added ink, it will harden quickly, and the concave areas will not be flat, and the entire surface will be exposed to ultraviolet rays. Since it is covered with a hardening clear, it has the advantage of excellent solvent resistance and abrasion resistance.
