Abstract
본 발명은 영양이 풍부하고 소화가 용이하지만 부패되기 쉽고 취급에 어려움이 많은 곱창을 손쉽게 이용하도록 하긴 위하여 곱창과 액즙을 내열성 포장속에 담아 밀봉한 후 레토르트 살균하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 의한 제품은 1년 이상의 저장성을 지지면서 곱창의 조직이 부드럽고 곱창전골, 곱창구이 등에 간편한게 이용할 수 있다.The present invention is to retort sterilization after sealing the giblets and juice in a heat-resistant package in order to easily use the giblets rich in nutrition and easy digestion but easy to rot and difficult to handle.
