Abstract

본 발명은 광픽업의 포커스에러 검출장치에 관한 것으로서, 부품수가 적고, 광량의 손실을 줄일 수 있도록 개량된 광픽업을 제공한다. 본 발명은 반도체레이저와 상기 반도체레이저에 의해 발생된 레이저빔을 광기록매체에 접속시키는 대물렌즈와,광기록매체로부터 반사된 레이저빔으로부터 에러 신호를 검출하는 검출소자와, 상기 대물렌즈와 검출소자 사이에 소정각도 경사지게 배치되며 상기 반도체레이저로부터 발생된 레이저빔의 일부를 차단시켜 대물렌즈로 반사시키고 광기록매체로부터 반사되어 검출소자로 집속되는 반사빔의 일부를 차단시키는 일측면에 반사면이 형성된 나이프에지를 구비하여 구성된다. 따라서 구성부품수가 적어 구조 및 조립이 간단하고 제조원가를 낮출 수 있으며 광량의 손실을 줄일 수 있어 검출감도 및 RF신호의 출력이 향상되게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 레이저빔을 발생시키는 반도체레이저와, 상기 반도체레이저에 의해 발생된 레이저빔을 광기록매체에 접속시키는 대물렌즈와,광기록매체로부터 반사된 레이저빔으로부터 에러 신호를 검출하는 검출소자와, 상기 대물렌즈와 검출소자 사이에 소정각도 경사지게 배치되며 상기 반도체레이저로부터 발생된 레이저빔의 일부를 차단시켜 대물렌즈로 반사시키고 광기록매체로부터 반사되어 검출소자로 접속되는 반사빔의 일부를 차단시키는 일측면에 반사면이 형성된 나이프에지를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 나이프에지가 대물렌즈와 검출소자를 연결하는 광축에 대하여 45도 경사지게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업.
