보일러 온수분배기용 개폐밸브

본 고안은 난방용 온수보일러의 토출구에 설치되는 온수분배기에 장착할 개폐밸브에 관한 고안으로 보올밸브본체에 난방용 퇴수구를 형성하여 보올밸브 개폐축봉으로 난방용퇴수를 외출시킬수 있고 난방용 온수중의 공기제거도 편리하게 고안한 것이다.
종래의 개폐밸브는 온수분배기의 온수를 난방용 파이프로 보내거나 중단시기는 개폐 밸브와 난방용 파이프내의 온수를 제거시키기위해 퇴수공을 설치함에 있어서 각기 개폐밸브와 퇴수구를 별도로 설치해야하므로 부피가 커져서 생산가격이 고가로 되는 불편이 있고, 사용시도 매우 번거로운 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 재결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상단부에 연결나사관(2)이 형성되고 하단으로 온수난방용 파이프 연결관(18)이 결합될수 있게 결합관(4)이 형성된 사이에 보올밸브(5)가 내장되여 본체외면으로 돌출된 보올개폐축(7)을 통해 보올밸브를 개폐하도록된 공지의 개폐밸브에 있어서, 보올개폐축(7)의 연결돌편(7a)과 연결되는 연결홈(5a)에 수직통공(11)과 직각이 유지되도록 퇴수구(12)(12a)를 형성시키고 보올개폐축(7) 속으로 퇴수관(13)을 형성하되 퇴수관의 외부측에서나사공(13a)을 만들어 나사봉으로된 퇴수관마개(15)를 나착케하고 퇴수관 나사공(13a) 중앙부에서 외측으로 배수공(14)을 뚫어서 된 구조이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 보올밸브(5)의 연결홈(5a)에 접촉되는 보올개폐축(7)은 고정너트(9)에 의하여 압지되므로 연결홈(5a)에 뚫여진 퇴수구(12a)와 보올개폐축(7)의 퇴수관(13)이 연통된 상태를 유지하도록 접속될수 있고 작동핸들(17)은 보올개폐축(7)의 핸들결합봉(8)에 끼워져서 고정너트(10)에 압지되므로 핸들을 하향으로 회동시켜 수직통공(11)이 상하로 연통되게하면 온수분배기와 온수난방용 파이프가 연통되어 온수가 유통되게되지만 보올밸브 작동핸들(17)을 옆으로 희전시키면 퇴수구(12)가 저부로 열리고 상단유입구는 닫히기 때문에 온수난방용 파이프(18)에서 상승하는 퇴수나 기포가 퇴수구(12)(12a)를 통해 보올개폐축(7)의 중심퇴수관(13)으로 연통되므로 퇴수관마개(15)를 닫으면 퇴수관(13)의 배수공(14)이 마개(15)에 의하여 닫히기 때문에 보올밸브(5)가 작동될때 누설의 위험이 없도록 되는 것이다.
이렇게 하므로써 외관이 간결하고 설치하기 좋으며 개폐손잡이를 이용하여 밸브를 개폐할수 있음은 물론이고 개폐손잡이를 옆으로 회전시켜 온수의 유입을 차단시키고 난방용 파이프속의 퇴수를 외부로 처리할수 있는 작용효과가 있어 사용이 편리한 이점을 얻도록 되고 보올밸브작용핸들(17)은 손잡이 부분에 납짝하게 연결부와 직각방향으로 비꼬여 있어서 사용하기 좋은 장짐이 있으며, 하측 결합관(4)은 본체(1)의 연결부(la)에 나착되도록 되어서 사용중에 이완이 되면 다시 긴장시켜 사용할수 있으므로 정밀도를 유지하기 좋고 보올밸브의 분해조립이 용이하여 수시로 소재하기 쉬운등의 편리한 제품을 얻도록 되는 것이다.

  1. 상단부에 연결나사관(2)이 형성되고 하단으로 온수난방용 파이프 연결관(18)이 결합되게 결합관(4)이 형성된 사이에 보올밸브(5)가 내장되어 본체외면으로 돌출된 보올개폐축(7)을 통해 보올밸브를 개폐하도록 된 공지의 개폐밸브에 있어서, 보올개폐축(7)의 연결돌편(7a)과 연결되는 연결홈(5a)에 수직통공(11)과 직각이 유지되도록 퇴수구(12)(12a)를 형성시키고 보올개폐축(7)으로 퇴수관(13)을 형성하되 퇴수관의 의부측에서 나사공(13a)을 만들어 나사봉으로된 퇴수관마개(15)를 나착케하고 퇴수관 나사공(13a) 중앙부에서 외측으로 배수공(14)을 뚫어서된 보일러 온수분배기용 개폐밸브.
