Abstract

본 발명은 공기를 그것의 구성 성분으로 분리하기 위한 극저온 증류 방법의 개량에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 공정은 두개 이상의 증류 컬럼을 포함하는 증류 컬럼 시스템을 사용하여 상기 고압 컬럼의 정상은 저압 컬럼과 열 전달을 수행한다.본 발명의 뚜렷한 특징 및 개량점은 (a) 압축상태의 오염물이 없는 공급 공기의 일부를 액체 산소에 대해 증발하거나 또는 기타 냉동원과 같은 적당한 방법에 의해 응축하고; (b)증류 컬럼들중 하나에서 불순한 환류로서 상기 액체의 일부 이상을 사용하고, (c) 액체 공기가 컴럼에 공급되는 지점위에 4개 정도의 이론단을 위치시킨 지점으로부터 폐증기 스트림을 제거하여, 이 폐증기 스트림이 0.95미만의 질소 몰분율을 갖도록 한다.

제1도 내지 제2도는 본 발명 공정의 몇가지 실시 태양의 개요도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 다른 압력에서 작동하는 두개 이상의 증류 컬럼들을 구비한 증류 컬럼시스템을 사용하여, 압축되 건조 상태의 오염물이 없는 공기를 그것의 구성성분으로 분리하는 극저온 증류 방법으로서 , 고압 컬럼의 정상은 저압 컬럼과 열전달이 이루어지고, 질소 생성물은 고압 컬럼의 정상에서 생성되고 산소 생성물은 저압 컬럼의 하부에서 생성되며, 하기 (a) 내지 (c) 단계를 특징으로 하는 극 저온 증류 방법:(a) 압축·건조 상태의 오염물이 없는 공급 공기의 일부를 응축하여 액체 공기 스트림을 생성하는 단계; (b) 액체공기 스트림의 일부 이상을 불순한 환류로서 , 증류 컬럼 시스템의 하나 이상의 증류 컬럼에 공급하는 단계: 및(c)단계(b)의 액체 공기 스트림을 증류컬럼 시스템에 공급하는 컬럼위에, 4개이하의 이론단을 배치한 증류 컬럼 시스템의 한 지점으로부터 0.95미만의 질소 몰분율을 갖는 폐증기 스트림을 제거하는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 , 단계(b)의 액체 공기 스트림을 저압 컬럼의 정상에 공급하고 단계(c)의 폐증기 스트림을 저압 컬럼의 정상으로부터 제거하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 액체 공기의 또 다른 일부를 고압 컬럼의 중간 지점에 공급하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 , 액체 공기의 다른 부분을 더 높은 증류 컬럼에 공급하는 컬럼 위치 위에 있는 4개이하의 이론단을 갖는 고압 컬럼의 한 지점으로부터 또 다른 폐증기 기류를 제거하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 공급공 기 일부를 상기 공정에서 나온 가온 공전 스트림과 열교환하여 응축하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 공급 공기의 일부를 저압 컬럼 하부의 끊는 액체 산소와 열교환하여 응축하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 공급 공기의 일부를 상기 공정에서 나온 가온 공정 스트림과 열교환하고 저압컬럼 하부의 끊는 액체산소와 열교환하여 응축하는 방법.
