Abstract

본 발명의 다층구조는 최소한 하나의 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체 및 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체와, 그 사이에 있는, 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체, 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체 및 염화되거나 염화되지 않은 반응성기를 가지는 공중합체로 이루어지는 이오노머로 포함하는 접착제 중간층으로 이루어진다. 이오노머공중합체중의 반응성기의 양은 바람직하게는 3중량% 이상이며, 일반적으로 8-35%이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 최소한 하나의 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체 및 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체와, 그 사이에 있는, 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체, 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체 및 반응성 기를 갖는 공중합체로 이루어지는 한 이오노머 또는 2이상의 이오노머의 혼합물을 포함하는 블렌드로 이루어지는 중간 접착층으로 이루어지는 다층 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이오노머 공중합체의 반응성 기의 양이 3중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 이오노머 공중합체가 올레핀/비닐아세테이트, 올레핀/에스테르 공중합체, 또는 작용기를 함유하는 폴리올레핀인 것을 특징으로 다층구조.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제로서 사용된 블렌드가 100부피부에 대하여 -25내지 73부피%의 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -73내지 25부피%의 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -2 내지 40부피%의 상기 규정된 이오노머를 포함하며, 성분들의 합은 부피로 100이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 접착제로서 사용되는 블렌드가 100부피부에 대하여 -30내지 65부피%의 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -65내지 35부피%의 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -8 내지 35부피%의 상기 규정된 이오노머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체의 양이 40내지 45부피%이고, 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체 양이 52내지 45부피%이며, 이오노머 양이 12 내지 25부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 플루오로중합체가 에틸렌/클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌/퍼플루오로프로펜 공중합체이고; 임의로 제3단량체를 함유하는 것들로, 플루오르화된 올레핀/퍼플루오로 알킬비닐에테르 공중합체, 에틸렌/테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 (공)중합체 또는 이것들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체가 에틸렌/클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체가 셀롤로오스계 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리아미드계 공중합체, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 올레핀계 공중합체, 폴리이미드,폴리스티렌, 폴리우레탄, PVC, 폴리술폰, 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 및 ABS중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 비-플루오르화된 열가소성-중합체가 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리마이드중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  11. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이오노머로서 사용된 공중합체가 임의로 제3단량체로서 (메타)알킬메타크릴레이트의 존재하에, 2내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 올레핀과 불포화 카르복실산으로 이루어지는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제 블렌드중의 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체 및 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체가 커플될 플루오르화 열가소성 중합체 및 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체와 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조.
  13. 제1항 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 다층 구조로부터 만들어진 필름, 플레이트 ,파이프, 케이블 및 성형품.
  14. 동시압출 및 성형에 의해 얻어지는 제1항 내지 13항의 다층구조.
  15. -25 내지 73부피%의 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -73 내지 25부피%의 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -2 내지 40부피%의 제1항에서 규정된 바와같은 이오노머로 이루어지며, 성분들의 합은 부피로 100인 접착제 블렌드.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, -36내지 65부피%의 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -65 내지 35부피%의 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -8 내지 35부피%의 상기 규정된 이오노머로 이루어지는 접착제 블렌드.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, -40내지 45부피%의 비-플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -52 내지 45부피%의 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체; -12 내지 25부피%의 상기 규정된 이오노머로 이루어지는 접착제 블렌드.
