Abstract

제1 및 제2리드(9,30)에 의해서 2파트 단부캡 어셈블리의 내부파트(1)에 쵸크코일(5)이 부착된다. 단부캡 어셈블리의 외부파트(6)에 부착된 접촉수단(10)에는 2개의 래그를 각각 가진 2개의 슬롯형 플러그가 설치되어 있다. 단부캡 어셈블리의 내부파트(1)의 외면에 각각 형성된 슬롯내에 각 슬롯형 플러그의 삽입시, 슬롯형 플러그의 2개의 래그는 제1리드와 양호한 전기적, 기계적 접촉을 만들기 위해 대향 측면과 맞물리며 슬롯을 횡으로 가로질러 연장하는 하나의 쵸크코일(5)의 제1리드(9)의 대향 측면과 결합한다. 슬롯형 플러그의 각 래그에는 슬롯형 플러그가 삽입되는 슬롯의 단부벽과 결합하는 리테이닝날이 형성되어 있어 내부파트 및 외부파트를 축결합하여 고정한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 단부캡 어셈블리의 측단면도,
제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 단부켑 어셈블리의 내부파트의 외면 단면도,
제4도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 단부캡 어셈블리의 외부파트의 내면을 명확성을 위해 일부 절단한 형태로 도시한 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 내면(2)과 외면(3)을 가진 내부파트(1)와, 상기 내부파트(1)의 상기 내면(2)상에 장착된 브러시기어(4)와, 상기 브러시기어(4)와 전기적으로 접촉하여 상기 내부파트(1)의 상기 외면(3)상에 장착된 억압요소(5)와, 상기 내부파트(1)와 축결합하는 형태이며 적어도 하나의 단자개구(7)가 형성되어 있는 외부파트(6)와, 상기 개구를 통해 연장되는 단자(8)를 구비하는 분수마력 PMDC 모터의 단부캡 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 억압요소(5)는 상기 내부파트(1)의 상기 외면(3)상에 장착된 적어도 하나의 리드(9)와, 상기 단자(8)에 부착되며 상기 내부파트(1) 및 상기 외부파트(6)와 축결함합으로써 상기 억압요소(5)의 상기 리드(9)와 결합되는 접촉수단(10)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분수마력 PMDC 모터의 단부캡 어셈블리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부파트(1)의 상기 외면(3)에는 슬롯(11)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 억압요소(5)의 상기 리드(9)는 상기 슬롯(11)을 횡으로 가로질러 연장하며, 상기 접촉수단(10)에는 슬롯형 플러그(12)가 설치되어 있으며 상기 슬롯형 플러그는 슬롯(11)으로의 삽입을 위해 상기 슬롯형 플러그(12)가 상기 슬롯(1)내에 삽입 된 다음 상기 리드(9)의 대향측면과 각각 결합되어 맞물려지는 2개의 래그(13)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분수마력 PMDC 모터의 단부캡 어셈블리.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯(11)은 단부벽(14)을 가지며, 상기 슬롯형 플러그(12)는 상기 슬롯형 플러그(12)가 상기 슬롯(11)에서 인출되지 않도록 상기 단부벽(14)과 결합하는 슬롯형 플러그의 래그(13)상에 형성된 리테이닝날(15)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분수마력 PMDC 모터의 단부캡 어셈블리.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단자(8)는 상기 외부파트(6)에 견고하게 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분수마력 PMDC 모터의 단부캡 어셈블리.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부파트(6)는 상기 내부파트(1)의 상기 외면(3)과 함께 상기 억압요소(5)를 에워싸는 내면(16)을 가지며, 상기 외부파트(6)의 상기 내부파트(16)에는 보조슬롯(17)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 외부파트(6)의 상기 내면(16)상에는 다른 억압요소(18)가 장착되어 있으며, 상기 다른 억압 요소는 상기 보조슬롯(17)을 횡으로 가로질러 연장하는 다른 리드(19)를 가지며, 상기 접촉수단(10)에는 상기 보조슬롯(17)내에 삽입된 보조슬롯형 플러그(20)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 접촉수단 상기 보조슬롯(17)내로 상기 보조슬롯형 플러그(20)를 삽입한 다음 상기 다른 리드(19)의 대향측면과 결합하여 맞물려지는 2개의 래그(21)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분수마력 PMDC 모터의 단부캡 어셈블리.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 보조슬롯(17)은 단부벽(22)을 가지며, 상기 보조슬롯형 플러그(20)는 상기 보조슬롯(17)에서 인출되지 않도록 상기 보조슬롯(17)의 상기 단부벽(22)과 결합하여 상기 보조슬롯형 플러그의 래그(21)상에 형성된 리테이닝날(23)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분수마력 PMDC 모터의 단부캡 어셈블리.
