Abstract

본 발명은 ⒜유기 폴리이소아네이트; ⒝2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 화합물; 및 ⒞바람직하게는 성분 ⒝와의 혼합물로서, 성형품 중량 기준으로 약 0.5 내지 약 40중량%의 경질 미소구 및, 임의로 ⒟ 밀도가 비활성 기체를 사용하지 않고 제조한 유사 성형품의 밀도보다 1%이상 작지만, 0.75g/㎤이상이 성형품을 제조하기에 충부한 양으로 상기 성분⒜ 또는 ⒝중 적어도 하나에 용해된 비활성 기체; 및 ⒠성형품 중량 기준으로 45중량%이하의 보강성 충전제의 혼합물을 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 성형품 제조를 위한 반응 사출 성형법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. ⒜유기 폴리이소아네이트; ⒝2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 화합물; 및 ⒞성형품 중량 기준으로 약 0.5 내지 약 45중량%의 경질 미소구의 혼합물을 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 성형품 제조를 위한 반응 사출 성형법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 ⒟ 밀도가 비활성 기체를 사용하지 않고 제조한 유사 성형품의 밀도보다 1%이상 작지만, 0.75g/㎤이상이 성형품을 제조하기에 충부한 양으로 상기 성분⒜ 또는 ⒝중 적어도 하나에 용해된 비활성 기체; 및 ⒠상기 성분⒜ 또는 ⒝중 적어도 하나에 첨가하는 성형품 중량 기준으로 45중량%이하의 경질 미소구를 제외한 보강성 충전제를 추가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 경질 무기 미소구가 성분 ⒝의 양을 기준으로 2 내지 10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 비활성 기체가 공기 및(또는) 질소 기체인 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 비활성 기체가 0.85 내지 1.1g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 성형품을 제조하기에 충분량으로 성분 ⒝에 용해되는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 보강성 충전제⒠를 성형품 중량 기준으로 15 내지 40중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 ⒡이형제를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 이형제가 스테아르산 아연을 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항의 방법에 의해 제조된 성형품.
