종래에도 시멘트유색무늬체를 블럭제조금형의 저면에 배열하고 또는 블럭 제조금형의 저면에 형성된 무늬형성실에 유색시멘트몰탈을 채운 다음 그위에 통상의 시멘트몰탈을 채워서 유색무늬가 표면에 매입된 블럭체를 성형하여서 된 유색무늬보도블럭이 국내공개 실용신안공보 제12호 공개번호 83-2984호로 공지되어 있으나, 이는 단단하게 건조시켜서 된 것이므로 건조시 충격진동등에 의하여 시멘트유색무늬체와 반죽시멘트몰탈이 이완될 경우에는 결착력이 불량하게 되어 사용중 시멘트유색무늬체가 쉽게 빠지게 될 뿐만 아니라, 또한 시멘트 유색무늬체와 시멘트몰탈과의 접하는 경계부는 시멘트유색무늬체의 색과 시멘트몰탈의 색이 혼합된 색으로 나타낼 수 없어 색이 단조로워 시각미가 양호하지 못한 결점이 있었다.Conventionally, cement colored patterns are arranged on the bottom of a block manufacturing mold, or a colored cement mortar is filled in a pattern forming chamber formed on the bottom of a block manufacturing mold, and then a normal cement mortar is filled thereon, where the colored pattern is embedded in the surface.
