본 발명은 음식점이나 각종 기관의 식당에 대대량으로 배출되는 음식물 찌꺼기를 가축이나 양식어류의 사료로 재생함으로서 쓰레기 매립지 구입의 어려움을 방지하고 정부예산을 절감할수 있도록 함과 동시에 농,어가의 사료구입 부담을 덜어줄수 있도록 하는 음식물 찌꺼기를 이용한 사료제조 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 이는 음식물 찌꺼기를 냉장기기를 보관토록하여 냉장시설이 된 수거차량으로 수거하고 수거된 음식물 찌꺼기는 세척통에서 세척한후 3000V 이상의 고압을 3~4초 간경으로 3~4회 방전하고 고온고압의 수증기로 약 10분간 멸균처리하며 멸균된 음식물 찌꺼기를 압축하여 수분을 제거한후 건조통에서 냉각공법으로 건조하고 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 음식물 분말과 첨가물을 혼합하여 사료로 재생시킴으로서 이룰수 있는 발명이다.The present invention can prevent the difficulty of purchasing landfills and reduce the government budget, and at the same time purchase feed for agricultural and fishery by recycling food waste discharged in large quantities to restaurants and restaurants of various institutions as feed for livestock or farmed fish.
