Abstract

고압 금속 할로겐 램프는, 빛을 투과시키는 방전관에서 텅스텐 전극부(3)와 희유 가스, 버퍼 가스, 그리고 하프늄 및 지르코늄의 브롬화물 염화물에서 선택된 하나 이상의 할로겐화물을 구비한다. 이 충전재는, 원소 형태의 주석, 탄탈륨, 그리고 안티몬에서 선택된 한 금속을 부가로 포함하며 단위 방전 공간(㎤)에서 0.2㎛ol을 초과하지 않는 양의 요오드를 포함한다. 이 램프는 발광 특성을 상당히 향상시켰다.

Claims (8)

  1. 외부로 연장되는 전류 도체(4)에 연결된 텅스텐 전극부(3)가 내부에 설치되고, 방전 공전(2)을 가스-밀폐 방식으로 둘러싸며, 빛을 투과시키는 방전관(1)과; 희유 가스, 버퍼 가스, 그리고 하프늄 및 지르토늄의 할로겐화물에서 선택된 하나 이상의 할로겐화물로 구성되는 방전관(1)의 충전재(5)를 포함하는 고압 금속 할로겐 램프에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 할로겐화물은 브롬화하프늄, 염화하프늄, 브롬화 지르코늄,그리고 염화지르코늄에서 선택되고, 충전재는 원소 형태의 주석, 탄탈륨, 그리고 안티몬중에서 선택된 하나의 금속을 포함하며 단위 방전 공간(㎤)에서 0.5㎛ol을 초과하지 않는 양의 요오드(0.5㎛ol I/㎤)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 금속 할로겐 램프.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 할로겐화물은 브롬화하프늄과 염화하프늄중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 금속 할로겐 램프.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 선택된 할로겐화물은 브롬화하프늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 금속 할로겐 램프.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 선택된 금속은 주석인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 금속 할로겐 램프.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 버퍼 가스량에 대한 하프늄 및 지르코늄의 브롬화물 및 염화물의 총량의 몰비율은 2 내지 40인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 금속 할로겐 램프.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 몰비율은 5 내지 30인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압금속 할로겐 램프.
  7. 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 희유 가스는 버퍼 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 금속 할로겐 램프.
  8. 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 충전재는 부가의 브롬화주석을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 금속 할로겐 램프.
