Abstract

유량제어밸브는 제1포트와 제2포트를 가진 하우징과 이 하우징내에 장착된 스풀을 구비하고 있다. 유체압력을 스풀의 양단에서 제거하는 제1유체챔버와 제2유체챔버는 오리피스가 형성된 유체통로를 통하여 서로 연통하고 있다. 스풀이 이동할 때, 스풀의 양단에서의 압력차에 의해서 발생된 스풀에 대한 추력은 가압수단에 의해서 발생된 가압력과 평형을 이룬다. 유량제어밸브는 시일부재와 함께 탄성재질로 이루어진 환형의 시일부재를 구비하고 있다. 스풀의 외주상의 랜드부의 에지가 환형의 시일과 접촉할 때, 제1포트는 제2유체챔버로부터 완전하게 차단된다. 따라서, 누출은 밸브부가 폐쇄될 때 제로가 된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 제1포트와 제2포트를 가진 하우징, 상기 하우징에 미끄럼 이동가능하게 장착된 스풀 유체압력을 상기 스풀의 양단상에서 제거하기 위한 제1유체챔버 및 제 2 유체챔버, 오리피스가 형성되어 있으며 상기 제 1 유체챔버 및 상기 제 2 유체챔버를 서로 연통시키는 유체통로, 상기 제 2 유체통로와 연통하는 상기 제 2 포트, 상기 스풀이 축방향으로 이동할 때 상기 제 1 포트와 상기 제 1 유체챔버 사이의 유체유량을 제어하기 위한 밸브부, 탄성재질로 이루어진 환형의 시일, 상기 스풀을 한방향으로 가압하기 위한 가압수단, 상기 제 1 유체챔버와 상기 제 2 유체챔버 사이의 압력차에 의해서 발생된 상기 스풀에 대한 추력과 평형을 이루는 상기 가압수단의 가압력, 및 조정가능한 상기 가압수단과 상기 오리피스의 개구중의 적어도 하나로 이루어진 유량제어밸브에 있어서, 시일부재는 상기 제 1 포트와 상기 제 2 유체챔버 사이에서 상기 스풀의 외주둘레의 갭을 밀봉하기 위하여 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환형의 시일은 상기 하우징의 내주에 형성된 홈에 장착되어 있으며, 상기 밸브부는 상기 스풀의 에지상에 형성된 랜드가 상기 환형의 시일과 접촉함으로써 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환형의 시일은 상기 스풀의 외주에 형성된 홈에 장착되어 있으며, 상기 밸브부는 상기 환형의 시일이 하우징의 내주상에 형성된 랜드부와 접촉함으로써 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 시일부재는 주로 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
