Abstract

유압장치(50)와 유압원(30)을 연결하는 공급로(3)상에 구비되어 개방시 유압장치(50)의 유압을 증가시키게 되는 유입밸브(8)와 유압장치(50)의 유압을 증가시키게 되는 유입밸브(8)와 유입밸브(50) 작동유를 방출하는 방출로(7)상에 구비되어 개구시 유압장치(50)의 유압을 감소시키게 되는 방출밸브(9)를 갖추고서 상기 유입밸브(8)는 완전한 개·폐작동에만 영향을 미치는 솔레노이드밸브로 형성되며 상기한 방출밸브(9)는 이에 가해지는 구동전류량과 이를 관통하는 작동유의 유동비간에 일 대 일 대응이 성립하는 유동조절밸브로 형성되도록 된 유압조절장치(K2).

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 유압조절장치의 회로도, 제2도는 제1도의 유압조절장치에 설치된 유동조절밸브의 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 유압조절장치의 회로도, 제4도는 제3도의 유동조절밸브에 적용된 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 유압장치(50)와 유압원(1)을 결합하는 공급로(3)를 구비하고서 개방시에 유압장치(50)의 유압을 증가시키게 되는 유입밸브(8)와 유압장치(50)로부터 작동유를 방출시키는 방출로(7)를 구비하고서 개방시에 유압장치(50)의 유압을 감소시키게 되는 유출밸브(9)를 구비하고서 상기 유입밸브(8)는 완전개방작동이나 완전폐쇄작동만이 되는 솔레노이드 선택밸브로 형성되고, 상기 유출밸브(9)는 이에 가해지는 구동전류량과 이를 관통하는 작동유의 유동비간에 일 대 일 대응이 성립하는 유동조절밸브로 형성되도록 된 유압조절장치(K1).
  2. 유압장치(50)의 유압을 간접적으로 조절하는 조절체임버(27)와 유압원(30)을 연결하는 공급로(3)상에 구비되어 개방시 조절체임버(27)의 유압을 증가시키게 되는 유입밸브(8)와 조절체임버(27)로부터 작동유를 방출하는 방출로(7)상에 구비되 개방시 조절체임버(27)의 유압을 감소시키게 되는 방출밸브(9)를 갖추고서 상기 유입밸브(8)는 완전한개·폐동작에만 영향을 미치는 솔레노이드밸브로 형성되고 상기한 방출밸브(9)는 이에 가해지는 구동전류량과 이를 관통하는 작동유의 유동비간에 일 대 일 대응이 성립하는 유동조절밸브로 형성되도록 된 유압조절장치(K2).
