Abstract

본 발명은 A, 제 1 촉매의 존재하에 디프로파르길 카보네이트를 생성할 수 있는 조건들 하에서 디알킬(C1－C3) 카보네이트와 프로파르길 알코올을 반응시켜 디프로파르길 카보네이트를 제조하는 단계, B. 상기 디프로파르길 카보네이트를 알킬(C1－C6)아민과 반응시켜 N－알킬(C1－C6) 프로파르길 카르바메이트를 제조하는 단계, 및 C. 상기 N－알킬(C1－C6) 프로파르길 카르바메이트를 요오드화제와 반응시켜 N－알킬(C1－C6) 요오도프로파르길 카르바메이트를 제조하는 단계로 이루어지는, N－알킬 요오도프로파르길 키르바메이트의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 유해한 원료인 포스겐 또는 부틸 이소시아네이트 및 용매의 추가 사용이 필요없고 프로파르길 알코올의 재순환이 가능한 개선된 상기 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. A. 제 1 촉매의 존재하에 디프포파르길 카보네이트를 생성할 수 있는 조건들하에서 디알킬(C1－C3)카보네이트와 프로파르길 알코올을 반응시켜 디프로파르길 카보네이트를 제조하는 단계, B. 상기 디프로파르길 카보네이트를 알킬(C1－C6) 아민과 반응시켜 N－알킬(C1－C6) 프로파르길 카르바메이트를 제조하는 단계, 및 C. 상기 N－알킬(C1－C6) 프로파르길 카르바메이트를 요오드화제와 반응시켜 N－알킬(C1－C6) 요오도프로파르길 카르바메이트를 제조하는 단계로 이루어지는, N－알킬 요오도프로파르길 카르메이트의 제조 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디알킬 카보네이트가 디메틸 카보네이트와 디에틸카보네이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬(C1－C6) 아민이 부틸아민인 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매가 삼브롬화붕소, 트리메틸실리요오다이드/요오드, 시안화칼륨, Al2O3, 암모니아, n－부틸 리튬, 알칼리 금속 알콕시화, 물, t－부톡시화칼륨/분자체, 디메틸아미노피리딘, Ti(OCH2CH3)4, 및 p－톨루엔술폰산으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매가 알칼리 금속 알콕시화물인 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 알콕시화물이 메톡시화나트륨, 메톡시화칼륨, 에톡시화나트륨 및 에톡시화칼륨으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디프로파르길 카보네이트를 제 2 촉매의 존재 하에 상기 알킬(C1－C6) 아민과 반응시켜 상기 N－알킬(C1－C6) 프로파르길 카르바메이트를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 촉매가 아세트산인 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디알칼 카보네이트가 디메틸 카보네이트이고, 상기 알킬(C1－C6) 아민이 부틸아민이며, 상기 제 1 촉매가 메톡시화나트륨이고, 상기 제 2 촉매가 아세트산이며, 상기 요오드화제가 요오드와 수산화나트륨의 혼합물인 방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 요오드화제가 요오드와 염기의 혼합물인 방법.
