Abstract
공기중에 부유하는 먼지등의 미립자, 연소기관으로 부터 발생하는 매연등의 미립자 및 배기중에 포함되는 질소 산화물(NOx)등의 대기오염 물질의 양을 저하시킬 수가 있는 오염공기용 정화장치, 먼지나 매연등의 미립자는 대전용메시부에서 부로 대전시키고, 그것을 정화용 필터부에서 쿨롬력에 의하여 집진한다. 또 NOx는 탄소섬유 탄소입자의 작용에 의하여 N2및 CO2로 변화되어 농도가 저하된다. 탄소섬유 또는 탄소입자로서는 표면적이 커다란 (200~2,000m2/g)의 변성 탄소섬유 또는 탄소입자를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (19)
- 오염공기의 유입경로에 있어서 그 유입방향으로부터 순서로 직류전원의 부극에 접속된 다공성의 도전성 재료를 포함하는 대전용 메시부와, 직류전원의 정극에 접속된 도전성 재료를 포함하는 층으로 되는 정화용 필터부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직류전원의 전압이 12~500볼트인 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대전용 메시부의 다공성의 도전성 재료가 40~500메시의 네트 펀치드 메탈 또는 직포 또는 부직포인 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대전용 메시부가 탄소섬유펠트, 탄소섬유직물, 스텐레스강망, 스텐레스강선펠트 또는 합성수지의 직표 또는 부직포에 금속가루를 무전해 또는 전해 도금에 의하여 부착되는 것으로 부터 선택된 1이상을 포함하는 것인 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탄소섬유펠트 및 탄소섬유직물이 평균표면적이 200~2,000m2/g의 탄소섬유로 되는 것인 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정화용필터부의 도전성 재료를 포함하는 층이 탄소섬유 또는 탄소입자 또는 이들로 부터 얻어지는 탄소섬유펠트 또는 탄소섬유직물을 포함하는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄소섬유 및 탄소입자가 평균표면적이 200~2,000m2/g의 것인 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄소섬유펠트 및 탄소섬유직물이 평균표면적이 200~2,000m2/g의 탄소섬유로 되는 것인 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정화용 필터부의 도전성 재료를 포함하는 층이 탄소섬유펠트, 탄소섬유직물, 스텐레스강망, 스텐레스강선펠트 또는 합성수지의 직포 및 부직포에 금속가루를 무전해 또는 전해 도금에 의하여 부착시키는 것으로 부터 선택되는 1이상으로부터 되는 것인 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전용 메시부와 정화용 필터부와의 조합을 1단위로 하고 그것을 복수단위 가지는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 더 강제적으로 흡기를 흡입 또는 배출하는 수단을 가지는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 직류전원이 전지이고, 마스크로 하여 사용하는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 오염공기가 유입하는 최외층에 외측메시부를 가지며, 최내층에 내층메시부를 가지는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 내층메시부가 인체에 무해한 재료로 구성되어 있는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 오염공기 유입경로의 정화용 필터부보다도 하류부위에 또한 고효율 미립자 절대필터부를 가지는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 더 축류송풍기 또는 시로코 팬을 가지는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 오염공기 유입경로의 소망부위에 탄소섬유 또는 탄소입자를 포함하는 층으로 되는 탈질소용 필터부를 가지는 오염공기용 정화장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 탄소섬유 또는 탄소입자가 평균표면적이 200~2,000m2/g의 것인 오염공기용 정화장치.
