토목·건설기계의 유압회로장치에 있어서, 좌주행용 방향전환밸브(47)의 제1의 가변스로틀(107,177a)과 제1의 주행모터(57)와의 사이에, 제1의 가변스로틀의 하류압력을 제1의 신호압력에 따른 값으로 제어하는 제1의 압력조정기(130)를 배치하고, 우주행용 방향전환밸브(49)의 제2의 가변스로틀(108,108a)과 제2의 주행모터(58)와의 사이에, 제2의 가변스로틀의 하류압력을 제2의 신호압력에 따른 값으로 제어하는 제2의 압력조정기(133)를 배치한다. 또한, 제1의 주행모터의 부하압력과 제2의 주행모터의 부하압력중 높은 쪽의 압력을 최대 부하압력으로서 셔틀밸브(136)로 검출하고, 제1 및 제2의 주행모터와 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터(53∼56)의 최소한 하나를 동시에 구동하는 복합조작시에 신호전환밸브(131,135,170)를 작동시켜서, 제1및 제2의 신호압력으로서 그 최대부하압려을 제1 및 제2의 압력조정기에 부여한다. 이로써, 주행과 작업기의 복합조작시에 작업기 액튜에이터의 작동에 따라서 연통회로(110)가 작동하고, 제2의 주행용 방향전환 밸브의 압유공급회로(104)와 제1의 주행용 방향전환밸브의 압유공급회로(103)가 연통해도, 제1 및 제2의 가변스로틀의 전후차압이 대략 같아지고, 직진주행성을 확보할 수 있다.

  1. 제1 및 제2의 유압펌프(35,36)와; 상기 제1 및 제2의 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 복수의 유압액튜에이터(53∼58)와; 상기 제1의 유압펌프의 토출관로(41)에 접속되어, 관련된 유압액류에이터(53∼57)에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제1의 밸브그룹(39)과; 상기 제2의 유압펌프의 토출관로(42)에 접속되어, 관련된 유압액튜에이터(54∼58)에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제2의 밸브그룹(40)을 가지고; 상기 복수의 유압액튜에이터는 1쌍의 주행장치(204,25)를 각각 구동하는 제1 및 제2의 주행모터(57,58)와, 복수의 작업기(200∼203)를 각각 구동하는 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터(53∼56)를 포함하고. 상기 제1의 밸브그룹은 상기 제1의 주행모터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제1의 주행용 방향전환밸브(47)와, 상기 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터의 최소한 일부(53∼56)에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 복수의 제1의 방향전환밸브(43∼46)를 포함하고, 또한 상기 복수의 제1방향전환밸브는 상기 제1의 주행용 방향전환밸브보다 우선적으로 상기 제1의 유압펌프로부터의 압유를 관련된 작업기 액튜에이터(53∼56)에 공급하도록 접속되고, 상기 제2의 밸브그룹은 상기 제2의 주행모터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제2의 주행용 방향전환밸브(49)와, 상기 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터의 최소한 일부(54∼56)에 공급하도록 접속되고, 상기 제2의 밸브그릅은 상기 제2의 주행모터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제2의 주행용 방향전환밸브(49)와, 상기 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터의 최소한 일부(54∼56)에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 복수의 제2의 방향전환밸브(50∼52)를 포함하고, 또한 상기 제2의 주행용 방향전환밸브는 상기 복수의 제2의 방향전환밸브보다 우선적으로 상기 제2의 유압펌프로부터의 압유를 상기 제2의 주행모터에 공급하도록 접속되고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 주행용 방향전환밸브(47,49)는 각각 제1 및 제2의 조작 수단(165, 166)의 조작량에 따라서 개구면적을 변화시켜 상기 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제1 및 제2의 가변스로틀(107,107a;108,108a)을 구비하고; 상기 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터의 최소한 하나의 작동에 따라서 상기 제2의 주행용 방향전환밸브의 압유공급회로(104)를 상기 제1의 주행용 방항전환밸브의 압유공급회로(103)에 연통시키는 연통회로(110)를 더 가지는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로장치에 있어서, (a)상기 제1의 가변스로틀(107,107a)과 상기 제1의 주행모터(57)와의 사이에 배치되어, 제1의 가변스로틀의 하류압력을 제1의 신호압력에 따른 값으로 제어하는 제1의 압력조정수단(130)과; (b)상기 제2의 가변스로틀(108,108a)과 상기 제2의 주행모터(58)와의 사이에 배치되어, 제2의 가변스로틀의 하류압력을 제2의 신호압력에 따른 값으로 제어하는 제2의 압력조정수단(133)과; (c)상기 제1의 주행모터의 부하압력과 상기 제2의 주행모터의 부하압력중 높은 쪽의 압력을 최대부하압력으로서 검출하는 압력선택수단(136)과; (d)상기 제1 및 제2의 주행모터와 상기 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터(53∼56)의 최소한 하나를 동시에 구동하는 복합조작시에, 상기 제1 및 제2의 신호압력으로서 상기 최대부하압력을 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력조정수단에 부여하는 신호전환수단(131,135,170)과;를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호전환수단(131,135,170)은 상기 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터(53∼56)의 최소한 하나가 작동하였을 때에 상기 제1 및 제2의 신호압력으로서 상기 최대부하압력을 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력조정수단(130,133)에 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호전환수단은 상기 복수의 작업기 액튜에이터(53∼56)의 최소한 하나의 작동을 검출하는 작동검출수단(170)과, 상기 작동검출수단으로부터의 신호에 따라서, 당해 작동이 검출되지 않을 때에는 상기 제1 및 제2의 신호압력으로서 각각 관련된 액튜에이터의 부하압력을 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력조정수단(130,133)에 부여하고, 당해 작동이 검출되면 상기 최대부하압력을 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력조정수단에 부여하는 최소한 하나의 신호전환밸브(131,135,155)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호전환수단(131B,135B,178,179)은 상기 제1 및 제2의 가변스로틀(107,107a;108,108a)의 개구면적이 최대근방의 소정개구면적보다 클 때에 상기 제1및 제2의 신호압력으로서 상기 최대부하압력을 상기 제1및 제2의 압력조정수단(130,133)에 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·설기계의 유압회로장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호전환수단은 상기 제1 및 제1의 가변스로틀(107,107a;l08,108a)의 개구면적이 최대근방의 소정개구면적 이하일 때는, 상기 제1 및 제2의 신호압력으로서 각각 상기 제1 및 제2의 주행모터(57,58)의 부하압력을 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력조정 수단(130,133)에 부여하고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 가변스로틀의 개구 면적이 최대개구면적 근방의 개구면적보다 커지면, 상기 제1 및 제2의 신호압력으로서 상기 최대부하압력을 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력 조정수단에 부여하는 최소한 하나의 신호전환밸브(131B,135b)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력조정수단은 각각 상기 제1 및 제2의 주행용 방향전환밸브에 내장된 입력조정밸브(142,142a,143,143a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호전환수단은 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력 조정수단(130,133)에 대해 각각 설치된 제1 및 제2의 신호전환밸브(131,135)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호전환수단은 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력 조정수단(130,133)에 대해 공통으로 설치된 단일의 신호전환밸브(155)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 압력조정수단은 각각 상기 제1 및 제2의 주행용 방향전환밸브(47C,49C)에 내장되고, 상기 신호전환수단은 상기 제1 및 제2의 주행용 향전환밸브의 스풀(371,401)위치에 따라서 개폐하는 전환통로(141,141a)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목·건설기계의 유압회로장치.
