Abstract

횡단피봇축의 발취를 방지하고, 핸들을 확실하게 잠금할 수 있는 문용 록핸들장치를 제공한다.
록레버(13) 기단부의 횡단피봇축(17)을 핸들(18)의 내부에 설치한 축받이홈(19)에 삽입하고, 핸들(18)의 축부(20) 중간부에 설치한 받이홈(21)에 축누름(27)과 정지돌기(28)를 설치한 링(26)을 이동할 수 없게 끼워맞추고, 축누름(27)에 의해 횡단피봇축(17)의 이동을 저지하여 록레버(13)를 핸들(18)에 원추형 접합한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 록레버(13)의 기단부에 부착된 횡단피봇축(17)을 핸들(18)의 내부에 설치된 축받이홈(19)에 삽입하고, 핸들(18) 축부(20)의 중간부에 설치된 받이홈(21)에 축누름(27)과 정지돌기(28)가 설치된 링(26)을 이동할 수 없게 끼워맞추고, 상기 횡단피봇축(17)을 축누름(27)에 의해 횡단피봇축(17)과 수직방향으로의 이동을 저지하도록 축받이홈(19)에 수용하여 록레버(13)를 핸들(18)에 원추형 접합하고, 고정본체(1)의 축통부(2) 축구멍(3)에 핸들(18)의 축부(20)을 축방향에의 이동을 저지하여 회전가능하게 끼워놓고, 고정본체(1)의 축통부(2) 내주면(4)에 원호형상 받이홈(5)을 설치하며, 원호형상 받이홈(5)의 중간부에 설치된 돌기(6)에 의해 원호형상 받이홈(5)을 좌우로 분할하고, 좌우의 원호형상 받이홈(5a, 5b)의 어느 한쪽에 원호형상 받이홈과 동일형상의 철편(29)을 끼워맞추고, 또 한쪽의 원호형상 받이홈에 정지돌기(28)를 헐겁게 움직일 수 있도록 끼워맞추어 상기 고정본체(1)의 축통부(2) 내주면(4)에 걸림홈(7)을 설치하며, 록레버(13) 선단부(14)와 걸림홈(7)을 걸어맞추어서 핸들(18)을 소정위치에 고정하고, 록레버(13) 선단부(14)와 걸림홈(7)과의 걸어맞춤을 유지하는 방향으로 록레버(13)를 스프링(36)에 의해 회전가압하여, 고정본체(1)에 설치된 자물쇠수용홈(8)에 자물쇠유니트(31)를 매립고착하고, 자물쇠유니트(31)의 로터(32)회전에 연동하여 진퇴하는 폭넓은 멈춤금속판(30)을 롤터(32)에 부착하며, 핸들(18) 기단부의 자물쇠 고정홈(22)에 멈춤금속판(30)이 걸어 맞추어져 핸들(18)을 회전할 수 없도록 자물쇠를 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 문용 록핸들장치.
