Abstract

본 발명은 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 치환된 페닐할로겐 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, X는 임으로 보호된 포르밀 그룹이고, R은 합성 반응조건에 대해 그 자체가 불활성인 그룹이며, Hal은 할로겐 그룹이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 치환된 페닐 할로겐 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, X는 임의로 보호된 포르밀 그룹이고, R은 합성 반응조건에 대해 그 자체가 불활성인 그룹이며, Hal은 할로겐 그룹이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, Xrk -CHO 또는 -CH(OR1)OR2[여기서, R1과 R2는 서로 독립적으로 (C1-C6)알킬이거나, R1과 R2는 함께 알킬렌 그룹 -(CH2)n- (이때, n은 2,3,4 또는 5이다)이다]이고, R이 -F, -Cl, -NO2, -(CH2)m-COOR3, -(CH2)m-CONHR3, -(CH2)m-CN, -SO2NH-COOR3, -SO2NH-CO-NHR3, -PO3R3, -NHSO2R3,트리틸, -SO2NH-SO2-R3, -NH-SO2-CF3또는 -SO2NR4[여기서, R3은 수소, (C1-C6)-알킬, (C3-C6)-사이클로알킬 또는 (C1-C6)-알킬-(C3-C6)-사이클로알킬이고, R4는 =C-N(CH3)2그룹이며, m은 0,1,2,3 또는 4이다]인 일반식(Ⅰ)인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물의 커플링이 전이금속 촉매 팔라듐을 사용하여 수행되는 방법.
  4. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
    상기식에서, X는 -CHO 또는 -CH(OR1)OR2[여기서, R1과 R2는 서로 독립적으로 (C1-C6)-알킬이거나, R1과 R2는 함께 알킬렌 그룹 -(CH2)n- (이때, n은 2,3,4 또는 5이다)이다]이고, R이 -F, -Cl, -NO2, -(CH2)m-COOR3, -(CH2)m-CONHR3, -(CH2)m-CN, -SO2NH-COOR3, -SO2NH-CO-NHR3, -SO2NH-SO2-R3, -NHSO2R3,트리틸, -PO3R3, -NH-SO2-CF3또는 -SO2NR4[여기서, R3은 수소, (C1-C6)-알킬, -C3-C6)-사이클로알킬 또는 (C1-C6)-알킬-(C3-C6)사이클로알킬이고, R4는 =C-N(CH3)2그룹이며, m은 0,1,2,3 또는 4이다]이다.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, R이 SO2-NR4[여기서, R4는 =C-N(CH3)2그룹이다]또는 SO2NHCONHR3(여기서, R3수소 또는 C1-C6-알킬이다)인 일반식(Ⅰ)인 화합물.
  6. 활성물질 합성용 중간체로서의, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 화합물의 용도.
  7. 안지오텐신 Ⅱ수용체 길항제 합성용 중간체로서의, 제 4 항 또는 제 5항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
  8. 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물.
    상기식에서, Hal은 브롬 또는 요오드이고, R은 -SO2NH-COOR3, -SO2NH-CO-NHR3또는 -SO2NH-SO2-R3[여기서, R3은 수소, (C1-C6)-알킬, (C3-C6)-사이클로알킬 또는 (C1-C6)-알킬-(C3-C6)-사이클로알킬이다]이다.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, R이 -SO2NH-CO-NHR3[여기서, R3은 (C1-C6)-알킬이다]인 일반식(Ⅲ)인 화합물.
