Abstract
본 발명은 광합성 미생물을 배양할때 광합성에 필요한 탄소원인 이산화탄소의 공급을 늘리기 위해 광합성 미생물의 배양을 위한 광합성 반응조와 이산화탄소 기체를 효율적으로 배양액내로 전달시켜주는 CO2공급조로 연결되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광합성 생물반응기 및 이를 이용한 광합성 미생물의 배양방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 방법에 따르면 CO2공급조는 일반적인 호기성 미생물의 배양용으로 사용되는 공기기거식 생물반응기(Air-lift bioreactor)를 사용하고 그 크기는 광합성 반응조의 1/400내지 1/20배의 크기이면 작당하며 광합성 반응조와 co2공급조 사이를 적정 유속으로 배양액을 순환시키면서 배양함으로서 광합성 미생물의 생육을 향상시켰다.The present invention is characterized in that the photosynthetic reaction tank for culturing photosynthetic microorganisms and CO 2 supply tank for efficiently delivering carbon dioxide gas into the culture medium to increase the supply of carbon dioxide which is a carbon source necessary for photosynthesis when culturing photosynthetic microorganisms, characterized in that the It relates to a photosynthetic bioreactor and a method for culturing photosynthetic microorganisms using the same.
