Abstract

α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(A) 90-40중량부와 폴리올레핀수지 10∼60중량부(단 (A)+(B)의 합계량은 100중량부로 함)를 함유하는 부분 가교 열가소성 엘라스토머로 된 표피층(Ⅰ)과, α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(A) 80-30중량부와 폴리올레핀 수지(B) 20-70중량부(단 (A)+(B) 합계량은 100중량부로 함)를 함유하는 비가교 열가소성 엘라스토머로 된 이면층[Ⅱ]으로 구성된 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
이와 같이 하여 얻은 본 발명에 의한 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트는 진공성형성이 우수하고 표면광택도가 낮은 성형체를 제공할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

Claims (11)

  1. α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(A) 90∼40중량부와 폴리올레핀 수지(B) 10∼60중량부(단 (A)+(B)의 합계량을 100중량부로 함)를 함유하는 부분가교 열가소성 엘라스토머로 된 표피층[Ⅰ]과, α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(A) 80∼30중량부와 폴리올레핀 수지(B) 20∼70중량부(단 (A)+(B)의 합계량을 100중량부로 함)를 함유하는 비가교 열가소성 엘라스토머로 된 이면층[Ⅱ]으로 구성된 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  2. α-올레핀 공중합체 수지(A) 90∼40중량부와, 폴리올레핀 수지(B) 10∼60중량부(단 (A)+(B)의 합계량을 100중량부로 함)를 함유하는 부분가교 열가소성 엘라스토머 100중량부와 폴리올레핀 수지(C) 5∼100중량부의 혼합물로 구성된 표피층[Ⅰ]과, α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(A) 80∼30중량부 및 폴리올레핀 수지(B) 20∼70중량부(단 (A)+(B)의 합계량을 100중량부로 함)를 함유하는 비가교 열가소성 엘라스토머로 된 이면층[Ⅱ]으로 구성된 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 상기 α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(A)의 무니점도[ML1-4(100℃)]가 40∼80이고 그 옥소가가 16 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 상기 폴리올레핀 수지(B)의 멜트플로우레이트가 5∼50g/10분인 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표피층[Ⅰ]을 구성하는 열가소성 엘라스토머의 α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(A)의 함량(IA)과 상기 이면층[Ⅱ]을 구성하는 열가소성 엘라스토머의 α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(A)의 함량(ⅡA)의 차[(IA)-(ⅡA)]가 5∼85중량부인 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 퍼옥사이드 비가교형 탄화수소계 고무상물질(D)이 표피층[Ⅰ] 또는 이면층[Ⅱ]을 구성하는 열가소성 엘라스토머중에 함유된 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 퍼옥사이드 비가교형 탄화수소계 고무상 물질(D)이 폴리이소부틴렌 또는 부틸고무인 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광유연화제(E)가 표피층[Ⅰ] 또는 이면층[Ⅱ]을 구성하는 열가소성 엘라스토머중에 함유된 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광유연화제(E)가 나프텐계 광유연화제인 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 상기 표피층[Ⅰ]을 구성하는 부분가교 열가소성 엘라스토머중에 내광안정제가 함유되고 상기 이면층[Ⅱ]을 구성하는 비가교열가소성 엘라스토머중에 난연제가 함유된 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표피층[Ⅰ]을 구성하는 열가소성 엘라스토머의 겔함량이 20∼99.5%인 열가소성 엘라스토머 2층 쉬트.
