Abstract

본 발명은 액정표시패널에 관한 것으로서, 액티브영역 내에 게이트 라인과 데이타 라인외에 게이트 더미라인과 데이타 더미라인을 부가하여 형성하므로써 종래의 게이트 라인 및 데이타 라인 보다 각각 2라인 이상을 실제 구동하는 라인 보다 더 많이 형성시킨 뒤, 더미(DUMMY)로 형성된 상기 라인의 스위칭 소자인 TFT를 액티브영역 밖에서 측정하여 테그(TEG)패드로 사용하므로써 테그 패드의 TFT를 액티브영역 내의 TFT와 같은 조건으로 형성시키는 것이 가능하게 되어 보다 정확한 TFT 특성을 측정할 수 있을뿐 아니라 상기 테그 패드가 모두 묶여있어, 정전기에 의한 손상을 줄일 수 있고, 라인(LINE) 불량 발생시 부가되는 공정이나 마스크의 증가없이도 더미라인을 사용하여 불량라인을 보수할 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display panel, which is formed by adding a gate dummy line and a data dummy line in addition to a gate line and a data line in an active region, and is more than a line that actually drives two or more lines, respectively, than the conventional gate line and data line.
