Abstract

본 발명은 활성 성분으로서 철을 함유하는 디젤 엔진 배기가스의 정화용 촉매 뿐만아니라 내화성 삼차원 구조체와 내화성 삼차원 구조체에 증착된 내화성 무기 산화물 및 철을 함유하는 촉매성분을 포함하는 디젤 엔진 배기가스의 정화용 촉매에 관한 것이다.
디젤 엔진 배기가스가 저온일지라도 탄질 미립자, 미연소 탄화수소, 일산화 탄소등의 디젤 엔진 배기가스에 존재하는 유해물질을 연소하여 제거할 수 있으며, 또한 고온에서 상기 가스가 존재할때 이산화황으로부터 황산염의 형성을 억제할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 활성 성분으로서 철을 함유하는 디젤 엔진 배기가스의 전환용 촉매.
  2. 내화성 3차원 구조체와 내화성 3차원 구조체상에 증착된 내화성 무기 산화물 및 철을 함유하는 촉매성분을 포함하는 디젤 엔진 배기가스의 전환용 촉매.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 내화성 무기 산화물이 활성 알루미나, 실리카, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 실리카-알루미나, 알루미나-지르코니아, 알루미나-티타이나, 실리카-티타니아, 실리카-지르코니아 및 티타니아-지르코니아로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 산화물인 촉매.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 내화성 3차원 구조체가 오우픈-플루오 메탈릭 허니코움(open-flow metallic honeycomb) 또는 오우픈-플로우 세라믹 허니코움 인 촉매.
