Abstract

본 발명의 소형동기모터는 로터단면의 불균일한 착자를 없이하고 로터스러스트 노이즈를 경감시키는 것을 목적으로 하며, 로터(2) 단면의 착자량을 N,S극에서 균일화함과 동시에 로터(2)의 중심A을 극치(9,10)의 축방향이 겹치는 중심B보다 비키게 함으로 자기적인 편기력을 부여하는 구성으로 되어 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 주면에서 다극착자된 로터(2)와, 이 로터(2)의 극과 대향하는 극치(9,10)가 끊어올려진 스테이터코어(6,7)와, 극치(9,10)의 외측에 배치된 여자코일(8)로 되는 소형동기모터(1)에 있어서, 상기 다극착자된 로터(2)의 로터단면의 각극 착자량을 같게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형동기모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 여자코일(8)을 사이에 끼우고 상하로 스테이터코어(6,7)가 있고, 이 스테이터코어(6,7)에는 각각 대향방향으로 끊어올린극치(9,10)는 동일 원주상으로 상하에 번갈아 배치되어 있고, 극치(9,10)가 있고, 이 극치(9,10)는 축방향의 중심(A)보다 스테이터코어(6)축으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형동기모터.
