Abstract
유리 전이온도가 0 내지 -60℃인 아크릴계 에멀젼 공중합체 결합제, 건조 공중합체 결합제 중량 기준으로 산화 아연 0.5 내지 5건조중량% 및 건조 공중합체 결합체 중량기준으로 고체 실리카 0.5 내지 10건조중량%를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실란-부재의 개선된 접착력을 가진 아크릴계 코킹 또는 실링 조성물의 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 코킹재 또는 실란트는 각종의 건축재료등에 광범위하게 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 유리 전이온도가 0 내지 -60℃인 아크릴계 에멀젼 공중합체 결합제를 포함하여 이루어지는 개선된 접착력을 가진 아크릴계 코킹 또는 실링 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 결합제와 상기 공중합체 결합제 중량기준으로 산화아연 0.5 내지 5건조중량% 및 공중합체 결합제 중량기준 고체 실리카 0.5 내지 10건조중량%을 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 코킹 또는 실링 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 아크릴계 에멀젼 공중합체 결합제는 유리 전이온도가 -20 내지 -50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 코킹 또는 실링 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 산화아연이 공중합체 결합제 중량기준으로 1.0 내지 2.6건조중량%의 양으로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 코킹 또는 실링 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고체 실리카가 공중합체 결합제 중량기준으로 1.0 내지 5.5건조 중량%의 양으로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 코킹 또는 실링 조성물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
