Abstract

슬라이더를 캠으로부터 분리해 슬라이더가 캠에 구속되는 일 없이 회로차단기의 핸들의 움직임에 연동해서 온,오프,트립의 각 위치로 움직이도록 함으로써, 간단한 구성으로 여분의 스페이스를 필요로 하지 않고, 차단기의 트립표시가 가능하게 되는 회로차단기의 전동조작장치를 제공한다.
조작신호에 의해 구동되는 전동기에 의해 일정방향으로 회전하는 캠(44)과, 이 캠의 반회전마다 걸어맞추고, 이탈하는 것을 반복하는 캠걸어맞춤부(50)(53)과 회로차단기의 핸들(38)을 삽입하는 개공부를 갖고 또 핸들의 온, 오프 조작방향에 미끄러져 움직이는 슬라이더(48)로 되어있고, 또, 온, 오프 조작후는 슬라이더 (48)의 캠걸어 맞춤부(50)(53)이 캠(44)으로 부터 이탈하도록 하였다.

Claims (5)

  1. 조작신호에 의해 구동되는 전동기기에 의해 일정방향으로 회전하는 캠과, 이 캠의 반회전마다 걸어 맞추고 이탈을 반복하는 캠걸어 맞춤부와 회로차단기의 핸들을 삽입하는 개공부를 갖고, 또 상기 핸들의 온, 오프 조작방향으로 미끄러져 움직이는 슬라이더로 되는 회로차단기의 전동조작장치에 있어서, 온,오프 조작후는, 상기 슬라이더의 캠 걸어맞춤부가 상기 캠으로부터 이탈하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 전동조작장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수동조작 핸들에 의해 조작되는 수동레버를슬라이더에 걸어 맞춘것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기의 전동조작장치.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 슬라이더의 캠걸어 맞춤부를 온조작측과 오프조작측의 2개소에 분활해서 대각위치에 배치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 전동조작장치.
  4. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 슬라이더에 완충기구를 설치하고, 이 완충기구를 통해서 회로차단기의 리세트조작을 하도록 한 것을 특징으로하는 회로차단기의 전동조작장치.
  5. 전동기에 의해 일정방향으로 회전하는 캠과, 이 캠의 반회전마다 걸어맞추고 이탈하는 것을 반복하는 캠걸어맞춤부와 회로차단기의 핸들을 삽입하는 개공부를 갖고 또 상기 핸들의 언, 오프 조작방향으로 미끄러져 움직이는 슬라이더와, 상기 전동기를 구동하는 전동기제어회로를 갖는 회로차단기의 전동조작장치에 있어서, 상기 캠의 위치검출용 스위치와 상기 슬라이더의 위치 검출용 스위치를 3방향 스위치 구성으로 해서 이것을 상기 전동기 제어회로에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 전동조작장치.
