Abstract
본 발명은 이소시아네이트기가 봉쇄되어 있고, 가역적으로 봉쇄된 이소시아네이트기를 기준으로 평균 NCO-관응가가 2.0 내지 2.6이고, 결합된 카르복실기가 적어도 부분 중화에 의해 염 형태로 전환되는, ⅰ)분자량이 168 내지 300인 1종 이상의 유기 디이소시아네이트, ⅱ)이소시아네이트기에 대한 1종 이상의 일관능성 봉쇄제, ⅲ)1종 이상의 일염기성 또는 이염기성 히드록시카르복실산, ⅳ)성분 ⅰ)의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 15중량%의, 분자량이 62 내지 182인 1종이상의 이가 내지 육가 알콜, Ⅴ)성분 ⅰ)중량을 기준으로 50 내지 500중량%의, 분자량이 350 내지 950이고 에스테르기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 디올의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물에 관한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 수성 스토빙 라커를 제조하기 위한, 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 수분산성 또는 수용성 폴리히드록실 화합물과 혼합된 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)
- 이소시아네이트기가 봉쇄되어 있고, 가역적으로 봉쇄된 이소시아네이트기를 기준으로 평균 NCO-관응가가 2.0 내지 2.6이고, 결합된 카르복실기가 적어도 부분 중화에 의해 염 형태로 전환되는, ⅰ)분자량이 168 내지 300인 1종 이상의 유기 디이소시아네이트, ⅱ)이소시아네이트기에 대한 1종 이상의 일관능성 봉쇄제, ⅲ)1종 이상의 일염기성 또는 이염기성 히드록시카르복실산, ⅳ)성분 ⅰ)의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 15중량%의, 분자량이 62 내지 182인 1종이상의 이가 내지 육가 알콜, Ⅴ)성분 ⅰ)중량을 기준으로 50 내지 500중량%의, 분자량이 350 내지 950이고 에스테르기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 디올의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분 Ⅴ)가 아디프산 폴리에스테르 디올을 필수 성분으로 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분 Ⅴ)가 폴리카프로락톤 디올을 필수 성분으로 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카프로락톤 디올이 ε-카프로락톤과 1,6-디히드록시헥산의 반응 생성물이고, 분자량이 460 내지 802인 폴리카프로락톤 디올 50중량%이상을 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- a)수분산성 또는 수용성 폴리히드록실 화합물 및 d)이소시아네이트기가 봉쇄되어 있고, 가역적으로 봉쇄된 이소시아네이트기를 기준으로 평균 NCO-관응가가 2.0 내지 2.6이고, 결합된 카르복실기가 적어도 부분 중화에 의해 염 형태로 전환되는, ⅰ)분자량이 168 내지 300인 1종 이상의 유기 디이소시아네이트, ⅱ)이소시아네이트기에 대한 1종 이상의 일관능성 봉쇄제, ⅲ)1종 이상의 일염기성 또는 이염기성 히드록시카르복실산, ⅳ)성분 ⅰ)의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 15중량%의, 분자량이 62 내지 182인 1종이상의 이가 내지 육가 알콜, Ⅴ)성분 ⅰ)중량을 기준으로 50 내지 500중량%의, 분자량이 350 내지 950이고 에스테르기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 디올의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물로 이루어진 수성 스토빙 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수분산성 또는 수용성 폴리히드록실 화합물 a)가 산가가 12 내지 30이고, 히드록실시가 30 내지 130이고, 용매 함량이 5.5중량%이하인 우레탄 개질 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지며, a1), a1.1)분자량이 62 내지 150인 1종 이상의 디일급 디올 35 내지 50몰%, a1.2)분자량이 76 내지 286인 1종 이상의 일급/이급 디올 1 내지 7몰%, a1.3)분자량이 98 내지 600인 1종 이상의 디카르복실산 36 내지 50%몰, a1.4)분자량이 92 내지 134인 1종 이상의 트리올 4 내지 14몰%, a1.5)분자량이 122 내지 280인 1종 이상의 모노카르복실산 0 내지 4중량%의 축합 생성물로 이루어지고, 히드록실가가 80 내지 210이고, 산가가 5이하인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 81 내지 92중량%, a2)비스(히드록시메틸)알칼 카르복실산 3 내지 6.5중량%, a3)분자량이 62 내지 150 저분자량 디올 또는 트리올 0 내지 5중량%, a4)그의 60%이상이 분자량이 168 내지 1000인 선형 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트인, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 7 내지 14.5중량%의 반응 생성물로 이루어지고, 상기 반응 생성물은 후에 75%이상의 카르복실기가 카르복실레이트기로 전환되어 물중에 분산되는 90%이상의 유기 용액으로 제조되는 수성 스토빙 라커.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 성분 ⅴ)가 아디프산 폴리에스테르 디올을 필수 성분으로 함유하는 수성 스토빙 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 성분 ⅴ)가 아디프산 폴리에스테르 디올을 필수 성분으로 함유하는 수성 스토빙 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 성분 ⅴ)가 폴리카프로락톤 디올을 필수 성분으로 함유하는 수성 스토빙 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 성분 ⅴ)가 폴리카프로락톤 디올을 필수 성분으로 함유하는 수성 스토빙 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카프로락톤 디올이 ε-카프로락톤과 1,6-디히드록시헥산의 반응 생성물이고, 분자량이 460 내지 802인 폴리카프로락톤 디올 50중량%이상을 함유하는 수성 스토빙 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카프로락톤 디올이 ε-카프로락톤과 1,6-디히드록시헥산의 반응 생성물이고, 분자량이 460 내지 802인 폴리카프로락톤 디올 50중량%이상을 함유하는 수성 스토빙 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
