Abstract

본 발명은 메톡시 아세톤, 물 및, 임의로는. 메톡시 아세톤 이외외 산소-함유 용매 (예 : 프로필렌 글리콜 모노 에테르 또는 디에테르)를 함유하는 용매계에 관한 것이다.
상기 용매계는 에폭시 수지용 경화제, 경화 촉매 및/또는 경과 억제제에 유용한 용매이다. 용매계중 경화제, 경화 촉매 및/또는 경화 억제제의 용액은 1성분 에폭시 수지 조성물을 제조하기 위해 임의로서 용매에 용해된 에폭시 수지와 혼합시킬 수 있다

Claims (12)

  1. 메톡시 아세톤과물을 함유하는 용매계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용매개의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 30중량%의 물을 함유하는 용매계.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 메톡시 아세톤 이외의 산소-함유 유기 용매를 추가로 함유하는 용매계.
  4. 제4항에 있어서, 메톡시 아세톤과 메톡시 아세톤 이외의 산소-함유 유기 용매의 중량비가 0.1:1 내지 2:1인 용매계.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 메톡시 아세톤 이외의 산소-함유 용매가 프로필렌 글리콜 모노에테르 또는 디에테르인 용매계.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 물, 메톡시 아세톤, 및 존재하는 경우, 메톡시 아세톤 이외의 산소-함유 용매의 총량이 용매계의 90중량% 이상을 구성하는 용매계.
  7. a) 에폭시 수지용 경화제, b) 경화 촉매 및 c) 경화 억제제로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 하나 이상을 제1항 내재 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 용매계와 접촉시킴으로써 용매계중 a), b) 및 c)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 하나 이상의 용액을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 용매계와 a) 에폭시 수지용 경화제, b) 경화 촉매 및 c) 경화 억제제로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 화합물 하나 이상을 함유하는 용액.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 경화제 a)가 디시안디아드인 용액.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 경화제 b)가 이미다졸인 용액.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 경화제 c)가 붕산인 용액.
  12. 제8항에 따른 용액과 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
