Abstract
조압연기와 로울벤더 및 로울이동기구를 갖는 끝마무리 압연기로된 열간대판연기에 의해 다른종류의 압연재를 접합해서 연속적으로 압연해서 강대를 얻는데 있어, (a)개개의 압연재에 대해 목표크라운을 얻을 수 있는 각 로울이동범위를 산출하고, (b)각각 인접하는 압연재가 공통로울이동범위를 갖도록 압연 순서를 정한 후, (c)조압연기와 끝마루리 압연기와의 사이에서 선행압연재의 후단에 후행압연재의 선단을 접합하여, (d)접합부근방에서 선행압연재로 부터 후행압연재에 로웅 이동위치를 변경시킴에 있어 접합점에서 공통이동위치를 통과하도록 로울이동위치를 변경시킨 후, (e)목표크라운을 달성하도록 로울 이동변경패턴에 맞추어서 로울벤더를 변경시키면서압연하는 단계에 의해 강대를 연속적으로 압연하는 엔들리스 압연방법이다.

제2도는 압연주기내의 인접하는 압연재의 목표크라운을 부여할 수 있는 로울이동범위와 그 로울 이동범위로 부터 선택한 로울이동위치의 변경패턴에 따른 로울벤더의 벤딩력의 변경패턴과를 나타내는 그래프,
제3도는 압연주기내의 인접하는 압연재에 목표크라운을 부여할 수 있는 로울 이동범위와 그 로울 이동범위 내로 부터 선택한 로울이동위치의 변경쇄턴에 따라 로울벤터의 벤딩력의 변경패턴과를 나타내는 그래프,
제4도는 압연주기 구성을 나타내는 플로우차아트.
Claims (3)
- 조압연기와 로울벤더 및 로울이동기구를 갖는 끝마무리압연기로 이루어지는 열간대판 압연기에 의해 다른종류의 압연재를 접합해서 연속적으로 압연해서 강대를 얻는데 있어서,(a)개개의 압연재에 대해 목표크라운을 얻을 수 있는 각 로울이동범위를 산출하고, (b)각각 인접하는 압연재가 공통로울이동범위를 갖도록 압연 순서를 정한후, (c)조압연기와 끝마루리 압연기와의 사이에서 선행압연재의 후단에 후행압연재의 선단을 접합시키고, (d)접하부 근방에서 선행압연재로 부터 후행압연재로 로울이동위치를 변경시킴에 있어서 접합점에서 공통이동위치를 통과하도록 로울이동위치를 변경시킨 후, (e)목표크라운을 달성하도록 로울이동변경패턴에 맞추어서 로울벤더를 변경시키면서 압연하는 단계에 의해 강대를 연속적으로 압연하는 엔들리스 압연.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접합수단이 용접 또는 단접인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔들리스 압연.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접합을 행하는 모든 압연재의 공통로울이동범위가 개개의 압연재의 목표크라운을 얻을수가 있는 로울이동범위의 50%이상인 경우, 이동위치를 변경시키는 일이 없이 로울벤딩력 만을 변경시키면서 연속적으로 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔들리스 압연.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
