Abstract

[목적] 픽업이 설치된 광학 블럭을 반전시키고, 디스크의 상,하면의 기록재생을 행하도록 되어 있는 디스크 플레이어에서, 반전시에서의 광학 블럭과 디스크 접촉(간섭)을 방지한다.
[구성] 픽업(4)이 설치된 광학 블럭(5)을 광학 블럭 안내부재(6)를 통하여 광학 블럭 지지부재(7)의 부착 기준면(7a)에 부착된 디스크 플레이어(1)에서, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재(6)를 디스크(3)의 상,하면을 따라서 광학 블럭(5)을 이동시키는 제1, 제2가이드부(31), (32)와, 이들 제1, 제2가이드부(31), (32)의 일단부를 연결하고 있으며 이것들 새에서 광학블럭(5)의 수수를 행하는 제3가이드부(33)로구성한다. 상기 제1,2가이드부(37) (32)는 일단측으로부터 타탄측의 제3가이드부 (33)측으로 나아감에 따라서 서서히 바깥쪽으로 향해서 경사지는 외향확장 형상으로 형성된다.

제3도는 본 발명의 디스크 플레이어에서의 요부 사시도,
제4도는 본 발명의 디스크 플레이어에서의 요부 사시도.

Claims (12)

  1. 디스크에 기록되어 있는 정보를 판독하는 픽업이 설치된 광학 블럭과, 상기 광학 블럭을 턴 테이블상의 디스크를 따라서 이동시키는 광학 블럭 안내부재와, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재가 부착 기준면에 부착되어 있는 광학블럭 지지부재를 구비한 디스크 플레리어에 있어서, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재는, 디스크의 하면을 따라 상기 광학 블럭을 이동시키는 제1가이드부와, 상기 디스크의 상면을 따라 상기 광학 블럭을 이동시키는 제2가이드부와, 상기 제1, 제2가이드부의 일단부를 연결하며 사이 제1, 제2가이드부 사이에서 상기 광학 블럭의 송출을 행하는 제3가이드 부로 구성되어 있음과 동시에, 상기 제1, 제2가이드부를 일단측으로부터 타단측의 제3가이드부측으로 나아감에 따라서 서서히 바깥쪽으로 향하여 경사지는 외향확장 형사으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재가 상기 광학 블럭의 송출시에, 상기 제1, 제2가이드부가 턴테이블상의 디스크의 상, 하면으로 부터 등간격으로 떨어져 있는 중립위치로 유지하는 구동기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  3. 디스크에 기록되어 있는 정보를 재생하는 픽업이 설치된 광학블럭과, 상기 광학 블럭을 턴테이블상의 디스크를 따라서 이동시키는 광학 블럭 안내부재와, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재를 광학 블럭 부착기준면에 부착하고 있는 광학 블럭 지지부재를 구비한 디스크 플레이어에 있어서, 상기 광학 블럭 지지부재의 광학 블럭 부착기준면의 광학 블럭 안내부재중 어느 한쪽에는, 상기 디스크의 기록면을 가상 중심으로 하는 원의 접선방향으로 신장하는 다수의 틸트용 핀 끼워맞춤 구멍이 형성되고, 다른쪽에는 상기 핀 결합 구멍에 결합되는 틸트용 핀이 설치되고, 이들 핀 결합 구멍과 핀에 의해 광학 블럭 안내부재가 광학 블럭 지지부재의 광학블럭 부착기준면에 요동가능하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재는 턴테이블상의 디스크의 하면을 따라서 광학 블럭을 주행시키는 제1가이드부와, 디스크의 상면을 따라서 주행시키는 제1가이드부와, 디스크의 상면을 따라서 주행시키는 제2가이드부에 의해서 U자 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3, 가이드부는 각각 틸트용 핀이 설치되는 동시에, 광학 블럭 지지부재와 광학 블럭 부착기준면의 상기 판에 대응하는 위치에는 이들 핀이 결합되는 핀 결합 구멍이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재의 제3가이드부에 설치된 핀의 선단이 삽입되는 캠홈을 가지며, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재의 디스크면에 대한 경사각도를 변화시키도록 회전구동되는 회전 캠을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 회전 캠의 외주부에 캠 돌기가 설치되는 동시에, 상기 캠 돌기에 의해서 상기 광학블럭 안내부재의 요동조작을 ON 또는 OFF 조작하기 위한 스위치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  7. 디스크에 기록되어 있는 정보를 판독하는 픽업을 구비한 광학 블럭과, 상기 광학 블럭을 디스크를 따라서 이동시키는 광학 블럭 안내부재와, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재가 부착되는 광학 블럭 부착기준면을 가지는 동시에, 상기 광학 블럭의 일측면측에 부착된 피기준 부착면을 상기 광학 블럭 부착기준면에 접촉시킨 상태로 상기 광학블럭을 상기 일측면측에 부착된 피기준 부착면을 상기 광학 블럭 부착기준면에 접촉시킨 상태로 상기 광학 블럭을 상기 일측면측으로 지지하는 광학 블럭 지지부재를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광학 블럭안내부재는 상기 광학 블럭 지지부재상에 부착된 상태로 상기 광학 블럭 지지부재의 광학 블럭 부착 기준면과 접하는 방향으로 편향 유지하는 스프링을 가지며, 상기 광학 블럭의 피부착 기준면은 상기 스프링의 탄성력에 의해사 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재를 통하여 상기 광학 블럭 지지부재의 광학블럭 부착기준면으로 눌려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 광학 블럭 안내부재는 가이르롤러 삽입 홈과 랙을 구비하고 있는 동시에, 상기 광학 블럭은 상기 가이드 롤러 삽입홈에 삽입되는 가이드 롤러와, 상기 가이드 롤러의 가이드 롤러 삽입홈으로의 삽입에 의해서 상기 랙과 맞물림 상태로 유지되는 피니언을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 롤러는 상기 가이드롤러 삽입홈의 길이 방향으로 적어도 3개 직렬설치 되어 있고, 중앙부의 가이드 롤러와, 상기 양측부의 가이드 롤러가 상기 가이드 롤러 삽입홈의 폭방향으로 편심시키고 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광학 블럭은 상기 광학 블럭 지지부재의 광학 블럭 부착 기준면에 접촉하는 주행용 롤러를 피부착 기준면에 구비하릴 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 중앙부 또는 그 양측부외 가이드 롤러의 적어도 어느 한쪽은 상기 가이드 롤러 삽입홈의 폭방향으로 이동 가능하게 부착되어 있는 동시에, 스프링에 의해서 가이드 롤러 삽입홈의 일측면으로의 압착력이 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어.
