또한 본 발명은, 경우에 따라, 일반식(Ⅱa) 및/또는 (Ⅱb)의 알케닐석신산 반-에스테르 아민의 염 및/또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알케닐석신산 이미드와의 혼합물로 존재하는 일반식 (Ⅰa) 및/또는 (Ⅰb)의 알케닐석신산 알콕시알킬-반-아미드의 염을 포함하는 금속가공용 수성 및/또는 오일-함유 제형, 및 부식방지제, 냉각 윤활제 및 금속가공 보조제로서의 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 경우에 따라, 일반식 (Ⅱa) 또는 (Ⅱb)의 알케닐석신산 반-에스테르 아민의 염 및/또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알케닐석신산 이미드와의 혼합물로서 존재하는 일반식 (Ⅰa) 또는 (Ⅰb)의 알케닐 석신산 알콕시알킬-반-아미드의 염.
    상기 식 에서, R1은 직쇄 또는 측쇄일 수 있으며, C6- C30- 알케닐 또는 C6- C30- 알킬, 바람직하게는 C9- C18- 알케닐 또는 C9- C18- 알킬이고 R2는 - (CH2)n - 0 - (A)m - R3이며, A는 - CH2- CH2- 0 - 또는 일반식 - CH(R4) - CH2- 0 - 이고, R3은 직쇄 또는 측쇄일 수 있으며, C1- C18- 알킬이고, R4는 수소 또는 메틸이며, n은 1 내지 6의 수이고, m은 0 내지 8의 수이며,는 알킬리 금속 또는 알킬리 토금속 양이온, 또는 일반식 HNR5R6R7은 암모늄 이온이고, R5, R6및 R7은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소, C1- C6- 알킬 또는 하이드록시 - (C1- C6) - 알킬, 특히 2-하이드록시에틸 및 2-하이드록시프로필이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 (Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 알케닐석신산 알콕시알킬-반-아미드의 염과의 혼합물로서 존재하는 일반식(Ⅱa) 또는 (Ⅱb)의 알케닐석신산 반-에스테르 아미드의 염 및 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알케닐석신산 이미드가 40중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 20중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 화합물.
  3. 알케닐석신산 무수물을 20내지 120。C, 바람직하게는 60내지 100。C의 온도에서 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콕시알킬아민과 1 : 0.7 내지 2.5, 바람직하게는 1 : 0.8내지 1.2의 몰 비로 반응시키되, 당해 반응을 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콕시알킬 아민에 대한 동몰량의 염기의 존재하에 수행하거나, 또는 반응 후 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콕시 알킬아민에 대한 동몰량의 염기를 가함을 특징으로 하여, 경우에 따라, 일반식(Ⅱa)는 (Ⅱb)의 알케닐석신산 반-에스테르 아민의 염 및/또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알케닐석신산 이미드와의 혼합물로서 존재하는 일반식(Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 알케닐석신산 알콕시알킬-반-아미드의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 직쇄 또는 측쇄일 수 있으며, C6- C30- 알케닐 또는 C6-C30- 알킬, 바람직하게는 C9- C18- 알케닐 또는 C9- C18- 알킬이고, R2는 - (CH2)n - O -(A)m - R3이며, A는 - CH2- CH2- O - 또는 일반식 - CH(R4) - CH2- 0 - 이고, R3은 직쇄 또는 측쇄일 수 있으며, C1- C18-알킬이고, R4는 수소 또는 메틸이며, n은 1 내지 6의 수이고, m은 0 내지 8의 수이며,는 알킬리 금속 또는 알킬리 토금속 양이온, 또는 일반식 HNR5R6R7의 암모늄 이온이고, R5, R6및 R7은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소, C1- C6-알킬 또는 하이드록시 - (C1- C6)- 알킬, 특히 2-하이드록시에틸 및 2-하이드록시프로필이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 알킬리 금속 수산화물, 알킬리 토금속 수산화물, 일반식 NR5R6R7의 알칸올아민 또는 이들의 혼합물이 염기로서 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 2-하이드록시에틸아민 및/또는 2-하이드록시프로필아민이 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콕시알킬아민으로서 사용되는 방법.
  6. 경우에 따라, 일반식(Ⅱa) 또는 (Ⅱb)의 알케닐석신산 반-에스테르 아민의 염 및/또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알케닐석신산 이미드와의 혼합물로서 존재하는 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰa) 또는 (Ⅰb)의 알케닐석신산 알콕시알킬-반-아미드의 염을 포함하는, 금속가공용, 특히 냉각 윤활제로서 사용하기 위한 수성 또는 오일- 함유 제형.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제1항에 따른 화합물을 10내지 80중량%의 양으로 포함하는 제형.
  8. 경우에 따라, 일반식(Ⅱa) 또는 (Ⅱb)의 알케닐석신산 반-에스테르 아민의 염 및/또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알케닐석신산 이미드와의 혼합물로서 존재하는 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰa) 또는 (Ⅰb)의 알케닐석신산 알콕시알킬-반-아미드의 염을 포함하는, 금속가공용, 특히 냉각 윤활제로서 사용하기 위한 수성 또는 오일- 함유 금속가공유체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1항에 따른 화합물을 0.1내지 10중량%, 바람직하게는 2내지 10중량%의 양으로 포함하는 수성 및/또는 오일-함유 금속가공 유체.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 추가의 보조제로서 일반식(Ⅴ)의 옥시 에틸레이트 및/또는 일반식(Ⅵ)의 지방산 알칸올아미드 및/또는 일반식(Ⅶ)의 에테르-카복실산 및/또는 일반식(Ⅷ)의 알콕실화 1급 아민 및/또는 지방산, 특히 알킬 쇄 중의 탄소수가 10내지 22고 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위수가 1내지 10인 포화 또는 불포화 지방산, 바람직하게는 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위수가 4내지 6인 올레산의 폴리글리콜 에스테르를 포함하는 제형.
    상기식에서, R8은 C10- C22-알킬, C10- C22-알케닐 또는 총 탄소수 10내지 20의 알킬페닐이고, R9는 C10- C22-알케닐이며, R10및 R11은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소 또는 하이드록실 -(C1- C6)-알킬, 특히 2-하이드록시 에틸 또는 2-하이드록시프로필이고, R12는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C8- C22-알킬 또는 C8- C22-알케닐 라디칼이며, R13은 C12- C20-알킬, 또는 알케닐, 바람직하게는 C16- C18-알킬이고, X는 수소, 알킬리 금속 원자 또는 알킬리 토금속 원자이며, p는 2내지 10의 수이고, 일반식(Ⅷ)에 있어서는, 바람직하게는 4내지 6이며, q 및 r은 서로 독립적으로 0내지 10이 되, 단 q와 r의 합은 1이상이고, u는 1또는 2이되, u가 1인 경우, 수소원자는 질소원자의 유리가에 위치한다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 보조제가 20내지 40중량%의 양으로 포함되는 제형.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 소포제 및/또는 방부제가 포함되는 제형.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 추가의 보조제로서 일반식(Ⅴ)의 옥시에틸레이트 및/또는 일반식(Ⅵ)의 지방산 알칸올아미드 및/또는 일반식(Ⅶ)의 에테르-카복실산 및/또는 일반식(Ⅷ)의 알콕실화 1급 아민 및/또는 지방산, 특히 알킬쇄 중의 탄소수가 10내지 22고 에킬렌 옥사이드 단위수가 1내지 10인 포화 또는 불포화 지방산, 바람직하게는 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위수가 4내지 6인 올레산의 폴리글리콜 에스테르를 포함하는 금속가공 유체.

  14. 경우에 따라 일반식(Ⅱa) 또는 (Ⅱb)의 알케닐석신산 반-에스테르 아민의 염 및/또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알케닐석신산 이미드와의 혼합물로서 존재하는 일반식(Ⅰa) 또는 (Ⅰb)의 알케닐 석신산 알콕시알킬-반-아미드의 염의 금속가공 보조제로서의, 특히 수성 및/또는 오일-함유 제형 또는 금속가공 유체중의 부식방지제 및 유화제로서의 용도.
