Abstract

본 발명은 분배카트리지의 파지플랜지가 박스구조로 설계되는 것에 관한 것이며, 그것은 사출성형에 의해 용이하게 제조되고 단일 파지플랜지보다 극소로 많은 재로만을 요구한다. 상기 박스구조는 분배장치의 어댑터가 간편하고 저렴하면서도 안정성을 갖게 제조될 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 파지플랜지가 적어도 두개 이상의 플랫부(2, 3)와 상기 플랫부를 연결하는 다수의 웨브(4)로 구성된 박스구조로 설계된 분배카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박스구조가 단면이 일정하거나 바깥쪽을 향해가면서 커지는 바깥쪽으로 개방된 중공의 공간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배카트리지.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중공의 공간이 분배유동방향에 대한 직각방향에서 보아 사각형인 단면을 갖는 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배카트리지.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 웨브가 평행평면에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배카트리지.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파지플랜지가 분배단부나 그 반대쪽의 단부 또는 양단부 모두에 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배카트리지.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 저장용기의 체적비가 1:1이 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 분배카트리지.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 두개 이상의 웨브세트(4, 5)가 구비되고, 각각의 상기 웨브세트의 다수의 웨브는 서로 평행하게 연장하며 상기 웨브세트 중 하나의 웨브세트(4)의 웨브와 다른 하나의 웨브세트(5)의 웨브의 사잇각이 0°보다 크고 양호하게는 90°정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 분배카트리지.
