Abstract
회전축(1)상의 비틀림 우력을 측정하는 장치로서, 두개의 자장발생기(26a, 26b)가 회전축(1)의 우측단면의 평면내에 대칭적으로 배치되어 있고, 두개의 자장검파장치(27a, 27b)가 회전축의 우측단면의 평면내의 고정되어 있으며, 자장검파장치(27a, 27b)가 자장발생기의 검파장치에 대한 상대적인 각편차에 따라 비틀림 우력에 비례하는 신호를 발신하는 측정장치에 있어서, 자장발생장치(26a, 26b)에 역평행 자화방향으로 자화되는 구조물이 있고, 이러한 자장 발생기들이 회전축(1)과 연동하는 제1디스크(12)에 의하여 지지되며, 축방향으로 어긋나 있는 제2디스크(21)의 허브(20)을 장착시키는 베어링(18)의 지지물과 회전축(1)을 둘러싸는 허브(10)의 단부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 회전축(1, 100)의 우측단면의 평면(P1)내에 대칭적으로 위치되는 두개의 자장발생기 (26a, 26b)와 회전축의 우측단면의 평면(P2)내에 고정되는 두개의 자장검파기 (27a, 27b)가 제공되고 상기 검파기(27a, 27b)가 자장발생기의 자장검파기에 대한 상대적인 각편차에 따라 비틀림 우력에 비례하는 신호를 발신하게 되는, 회전축(1, 100)상의 비틀림 우력을 측정하기 위한 측정장치에 있어서, 자장 발생기 (26a, 26b)에는 역평행 자화방향으로 자화되는 구조물이 제공되고, 회전축(1, 100)과 연동되는 제1디스크(12, 215)에 의하여 지지되어 있고, 축방향으로 편위되어 있는 제2디스크(21, 121)의 허브(20. 120)을 장착시키는 베어링(18, 130)의 지지물과 회전축(1, 100)을 둘러싸는 허브(10, 120)의 단부에 배치되어 있고, 제2디스크상에 자장검파기(27a, 27b)가 강성적으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전축상의 비틀림 우력을 측정하기 위한 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 자장발생기(26a, 26b)가 서로 그 가로면중 하나를 따라 접합되어 있는 두개의 평행육면체 자석(126a, 127a; 125b, 127b)로 구성되며, 각각 제1디스크(12, 215)에 지지되는 면이 있으며. 이러한 지지면에 반대하는 수직방향으로 연장되는 자기유도벡터(B1, B2)와 자석(126a, 127a; 126b, 127b)의 접합선 이 종단면내에 위치되고 자장발생기의 유도벡터들이 상기 종단면에 수직한 제2종단면에 대하여 대칭적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 자장발생기를 구성하는 자석(126a, 127a; 126b, 127b)의 지지면이 제1디스크(12)의 평면과 합류되는 회전축(1)의 우측단면의 평면내에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서. 자장발생기를 구성하는 자석(126a, 127a; 126b, 127b)의 지지면이 제2디스크(215)의 주변에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전축(100)이 구동장치 및 수신장치와 협력하는 전도수단에 의해 축방항으로 제한되고, 장치의 가로면들 사이에서 축방항으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
