Abstract

자동공구 교환장치에 있어서, 구조가 간단하고 제조코스트가 염가인 동시에, 그 동작이 확실하다.
주축대(主軸臺)가 공구매거진에 대하여 주축에 유지된 공구의 축선과 직각의 방향으로 접근하면, 그 접근운동이 운동변환기구에 의해 주축에 유지된 공구의 주축에의 클램프를 해제한다. 이때, 공구매거진의 파지클릭이 클램프의 해제개시 이전에 공구와 결합하여 파지하고 있다. 그리고, 공구매거진에 의해 바로 다른 공구로 교환되고, 주축대가 이간되면, 운동변환기구에 의해 파지클릭이 공구로부터 이간하기 전에 다른 공구를 주축에 클램프 한다.

제2도는 상기 자동 공구 교환장치를 구비한 볼반의 상부정면도.
제3도는 상기 볼잔의 상부측면 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 공구를 클램프에 의해 고정하여 유지하는 공구유지장치와, 한쌍의 파지클릭에 의해 상기 공구를 파지하는 공구파지구를 가지고 상기 공구유지장치와의 사이 에서 공구를 주고 받는 공구수수(受授)장치와, 그 공구수수장치와 상기 공구유지 장치와를 그 공구유지 장치에 유지된 공구의 축선과 직각의 방향으로 상대적으로 접근, 이간시키는 이동장치를 구비하고, 상기 공구파지구에 파지된 공구의 축선인 파지축선의 방향이 최소한 상기 수수위치에 있어서 공구유지 장치에 유지된 공구의 축선과 평행이며, 또한 수수위치에 있어서의 공구파지구의 위치와 공구유지 장치에 유지된 공구의 피파지부의 위치가 파지축선과 평행의 방향에 관하여 일치하는 공작기계에 있어서, 상기 수수위치에 있는 공구파지구와 상기 공구유지 장치와의 접근 한도 위치로 향하는 접근운동을 상기 클램프이 해제운동으로 변환하고, 이간운동을 클램프운동으로 변환하는 운동변환기구률 설치하고, 또한 상기 공구파지구의 파지클릭의 형상을 공구수수장치와 공구유지장치와의 접근에 수반하는 클램프해제 이전에 공구유지 장치에 유지된 공구의 상기 피파지부에 결합하는 동시에 공구와 공구파지구와의 접근 한도 위치로의 상대이동을 허용하는 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 자동공구 교환장치.
