Abstract

Claims (10)

  1. 섹터화된 셀룰러 무선 통신 시스템에서의 통신 채널 부하 분배 방법에 있어서, (a)무선 통신 시스템의 과부하된 섹터 셀의 안테나 빔폭(beam width)을 좁게하는 단계와, (b) 무선 통신시스템의 인접 섹터 셀의 안테나 빔폭을 넓게하는 단계와, (c) 과부하걸린 섹터 셀의 안테나 빔폭이었던 가입자 장치를 인접한 섹터 셀(sector cell)로 자동적으로 인계하는 단계로 이루어지는 셀룰러 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널 부하 분배 방법.
  2. 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널 부하 분배 방법에 있어서, (a) 과부하걸린 셀 싸이트(cell site) 의 안테나에서 가입자 장치의 안테나까지 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널에서의 간섭(interference)에 따라 과부하된 셀 싸이트가 과부하가 걸린다면, 무선 통신 시스템의 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 무선 통신 시스템의 셀 싸이트 안테나의 출력을 줄이는 단계와, (b) 과부하 걸리고 인접한 셀 싸이트의 가입자 장치를 자동적으로 인계하는 단계로 이루어지는 무선 통신 시스템에서의 통신 채널 부하 분배 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 인접한 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 감소시키는 것은 (a) 과부하 걸린 섹터의 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 한 섹터의 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 감소시키고, (b) 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트의 인접한 한섹터의 인접한 셀싸이트의 안테나 출력을 감소시키는 것으로 반드시 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 기술로 구성되는 무선통신 시스템의 통신 채널 부하 분배 방법.
  4. 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널 부하 분배 방법에 있어서, (a) 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트가 가입자 장치의 안테나에서 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트의 안테나까지 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널 간섭에 따라 과부하가 걸린다면, 무선 통신 시스템의 과부하걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 무선 통신시스템의 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 증가시키고, (b)과부하걸리고 인접한 셀 싸이트의 가입자 장치를 자동적으로 인계하는 것을 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널 부하 분배 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 인접한 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 증가시키는 것은,(a)과부하걸린 섹터의 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 한 섹터의 과부하걸린 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 증가시키고, (b)과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 한 섹터의 인접한 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 증가시키는 것으로 반드시 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 기술을 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널 부하 분배 방법.
  6. 통신 채널 부하를 분배하는 섹터화된 셀룰러 무선 통신 시스템에 있어서, (1)과부하걸린 섹터 셀의 무선통신 시스템의 안테나 빔폭을 좁게하고, (2)인접한 섹터 셀의 무선통신 시스템의 안테나 빔폭을 넓히는 빔폭 제어수단과, 과부하된 섹터 셀의 안테나 빔폭을 갖는 가입자 장치가 인접한 섹터 셀에 자동으로 인계하는 인계수단으로 이루어지는 통신 채널 부하를 분배하는 섹터화된 셀룰러 무선 통신 시스템.
  7. 통신 채널 부하를 분배하는 무선 통신 시스템에 있어서, (a) 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트가 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트의 안테나에서 가입자 장치의 안테나까지 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널의 간섭에 따라 과부하가 걸린때 무선 통신 시스템의 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 셀 싸이트의 무선 통신 시스템 안테나의 출력을 줄이는 출력제어 수단과, (b) 과부하가 걸리고 인접한 셀 싸이트의 가입자 장치에 자동으로 인계하는 인계수단으로 이루어지는 통신 채널부하를 분배하는 무선 통신 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 출력 제어수단은 (a) 과부하 걸린 섹터의 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 한 섹터의 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 감소시키는 수단과, (b) 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 한 섹터의 인접한 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 줄이는 수단으로 반드시 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 수단으로 이루어지는 통신 채널 부하를 분배하는 무선 통신 시스템.
  9. 통신 채널 부하를 분배하는 무선 통신 시스템에 있어서, (a) 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트가 가입자 장치의 안테나로부터 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트의 안테나까지 무선 통신 시스템의 통신 채널의 간섭에 따라 과부하가 걸린때 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트의 무선 통신 시스템에 인접한 셀 싸이트의 무선 통신 시스템 안테나의 출력을 증가시키는 출력 제어 수단과, (b) 과부하걸린 인접한 셀 싸이트의 가입자 장치를 자동으로 인계하는 인계수단으로 이루어지는, 통신 채널 부하를 분배하는 무선 통신 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 출력 제어수단은, (a) 과부하 걸린 섹터의 과부하걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 한 섹터의 과부하 걸린 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 증가시키는 수단과, (b) 과부하걸린 셀 싸이트에 인접한 한 섹터의 인접한 셀 싸이트의 안테나 출력을 증가시키는 수단으로 반드시 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 수단을 포함하는 통신 채널 부하를 분배하는 무선 통신 시스템.
