Abstract

육각형 바구니 모양의 캐리어는 단일 블랭크로 부터 형성된다.
각 측부패널은 캐리어의 하부패널의 일부분을 형성하는 삼각형 하부패널 부분에 연결되며 하부패널 부분은 손잡이의 양쪽에 캐리어의 내부로 연장하는 절곡부를 갖는 삼각형 턱패널에 의해 연결되어서 캐리어를 셀로 분할한다.
손잡이의 선단상의 탭은 캐리어상의 슬로트와 연결되어서 손잡이와 하부패널을 적소세 유지시킨다.

Claims (17)

  1. 비직사각형 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어에 있어서, 제1절첩선을 따라 인접하는 측부패널에 연결되며 총갯수가 짝수로 이루어지는 복수의 측부패널;제2절첩선을 따라 하부패널 부분에 연결되는 각 측부패널; 인접하는 하부패널부분 사이에 위치되며 캐리어의 하부패널을 형성하는 각 하부 패널부분; 하단부의 일부분이 제3절첩선을 따라 하부패널부분에 연결되는 하단부와 양선단부를 갖는 손잡이 부분;과 손잡이 부분의 선단부를 캐리어에 연결하는 수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 손잡이 부분이 하부패널에 대략 직각으로 연장하며 대략 캐리어를 이등분하는 평면에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 손잡이 부분의 각 쪽에 대한 하부패널 부분은 턱패널에 의해 인접하는 하부패널 부분에 연결되며, 턱패널은 캐리어의 내부로 연장하여 손잡이 부분의 각 쪽에 대해 캐리어를 셀로 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 손잡이 부분의 한선단부가 연관된 턱패널의 인접면들 사이에 두개 인접하는 하부패널부분 사이의 지점에서 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 손잡이 부분의 한선단부가 가장 가까운 짧은 측부패널에서 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 손잡이 부분의 상기 한선단부를 캐리어에 연결하는 수단이 턱패널에서의 슬로트를 통하여 연장하는 손잡이 부분상의 탭으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 턱패널에 있는 슬로트가 턱패널의 양면을 연결하는 절첩선의 일부분과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 손잡이 부분의 타선단을 캐리어에 연결하는 수단이 인접하는 측부패널을 연결하는 제1절첩선중 하나에 있는 슬로트를 통하여 연장하는 손잡이 부분상의 탭으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 손잡이 부분의 것을 두개 무착된 층으로 이루어지며, 각 층은 제3절첩선에 의하여 인접하는 하부패널부분의 인접 단부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 캐리어는 육각형 모양을 이루며, 각 하부패널부분은 대략 정삼각형을 형성하며, 각축부패널은 그 모양이 직사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 턱패널의 모양은 대략 정삼각형이며, 그러한 각 정삼각형은 절첩선에 의해 절반으로 분할되어 연관된 턱패널의 양면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어.
  12. 비직사각형 바구니 모양의 물품 캐리어을 형성하기 위한 블랭크에 있어서, 제1절첩선을 따라 인접 측부패널 부분에 연결되는 일렬의 내부측부패널 부분에 일렬로 배치된 복수의 직사각형 측부패널 부분; 제2절첩선을 따라 하부패널부분에 연결되는 각 측부패널부분; 하단부의 일부분이 제3절첩선을 따라 선단하부 패널부분에 연결되는 하단부와 두선단부를 갖는 손잡이 부분;과 블랭크로부터 형성된 캐리어에서 제위치에 손잡이 부분을 유지하기 위하여 손잡이 부분의 선단부를 블랭크에 연결하는 수단과 캐리어의 하부패널을 함께 형성하는 하부패널 부분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 캐리어 블랭크.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 인접하는 하부패널 부분들 사이에 위치된 하부패널 부분이 턱 패널에 의해 인접하는 하부패널부분에 연결되며, 턱패널이 블랭크로 부터 형성된 캐리어의 내부로 연장하는 크기로 되어 손잡이 부분의 각 쪽에 대해 캐리어를 셀로 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 캐리어 블랭크.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 손잡이 부분의 한선단부를 블랭크로부터 형성된 캐리어에 연결하는 수단이 블랭크에 중앙으로 위치된 턱패널의 양면을 연결하는 절첩선에 있는 슬로트와 손잡이 부분상의 탭으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 캐리어 블랭크.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 선단측부패널 부분이 절첩선을 따라서 접착제가 도포된 플랩에 연결되며, 손잡이 부분의 타선단부를 블랭크로 부터 형성된 캐리어에 연결하는 수단이 인접하는 측부패널에 접착제가 도포된 플랩을 연결하는 절첩선에 있는 슬로트와 손잡이 부분의 상기 타선단부상의 탭으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 캐리어 블랭크.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 하단부와 두개 선단부를 갖는 제2손잡이 부분을 포함하며, 하단부의 일부분이 또 다른 제3절첩선을 따라서 타선단 하부패널 부분에 연결되며, 손잡이 부분이 블랭크로부터 형성된 캐리어에서 마주하는 관계로 함께 부착되는데 알맞는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 캐리어 블랭크.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 각 하부패널 부분과 각 턱패널이 대략 정삼각형 모양을 하며, 각 턱패널 정삼각형은 측부패널 부분을 연결하는 제1절첩선과 정렬하는 절첩선에 의해 반으로 분할되어 연관된 턱패널의 양면을 형성하여서 블랭크로부터 형성된 캐리어는 육각형 모양을 이루게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 캐리어 블랭크.
